S Hotel Jamaica

I recently returned from my stay at the S Hotel and my family and i were not ready to leave! That speaks to the kindness and attentiveness of the staff and the beauty of the resort. The food was delicious and authentically Jamaican and the activities (ex. pool aerobics, live music, etc.) were just enough to make the stay satisfying! We supplemented with a couple off-site excursions to round it all out. I however, couldn't give this resort a perfect 5 because I feel that a thorough cleaning and updating of various parts of the resort is necessary. 1. Another reviewer mentioned a re-caulking of the bathroom sinks was needed. That is absolutely true. Also, the grime build up on the sinks was a turnoff. The faucets need shining up too. The bathroom is way too big and uses up unnecessary space and if made a bit smaller, could make the bedrooms a lot bigger as I found the rooms to be a bit small. A full dresser could then fit in the rooms too. 2. The cabanas around the pool, while plentiful, were dirty with grease, crumbs, etc from whomever ate their meal the same day or day before. S Hotel, please wash or wipe clean those bed mattresses and cushions regularly or find large slip covers for them that could be changed out as needed throughout the day like the lounge chaises. Also the cabana roofs leaked whenever it rained. A soggy, dirty cabana is not inviting to hang out on. I will stop there. Despite my complaints, the staff at S Hotel do work very hard to make sure that we are happy and well fed. A few improvements here and there could go a long way.

When I tell you my first trip to Jamaica was nothing short of amazing. The entire hotel staff was wonderful. From checking in with Zaria and Mesha to the concierge with Teneil, Zohn, Nicole and Leonardo. The most amazing wait staff, Demara, Dellay, Ashley, Shaneil, Ricardo and Tasha. Beach service provided by Sheldon was a 10!! Orel was the highlight of my day. Never letting my tequila sunrises get low. But I must add Rashai as the best part of this stay. We completed the hotel tour with Shai and her friendliness along with knowledge of Jamaican culture was phenomenal. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. I wish I could rate it higher than a 5!!!

Excellent/top notch all inclusive hotel - without doubt one of the best in the world. Very minor issues that hardly seem to matter- lack of privacy for shower if you stay as a family. Lack of storage space for a family of 3. No massive issues that are far out weighed by the excellent food and all round service.

Amazing! The best was the water pressure at my room!, and the staff kindness, I will definitely go back to this piece of paradise!!!

I recently stayed at S Hotel in Montego Bay, and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the beautiful beaches. I especially loved the delicious food at the on-site restaurant and the refreshing drinks at the poolside bar. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend S Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Montego Bay👍.
