SAGARA Villas & Suites Sanur

Love our one bedroom suite for 5 days. Weather was terrible and we were able to extend our checkout to 6pm as our daily activities were cancelled from heavy rain. Rooms very clean and serviced twice a day if needed but very friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice my favorite was the Indonesian Breakfast which is complementary to room price adding value for money, shower is very hot which was good as our previous accommodation had no hot water. Jacuzzi was also a very special touch. I stayed in a front room and there was some noise from a Warung across the road that had live music but it could not be heard with the doors closed. Staff were very accommodating by providing pedestal fans to help making the bed extra cold in the hot season. Highly recommend and will certainly be back as the location is really good especially once you work out the shortcuts down the alley ways either to the beach or back in to the Main Street of Sanur.

The room itself was amazing. We were a bit disappointed in a few of the amenities such as the jets on the jacuzzi not working and the plug for the bathtub being too small so it was draining as it was filling and would take over an hr to fill. Staff were so kind and friendly and the breakfast was so delicious, the Indonesian breakfast with fried noodles was our favourite.

A real gem in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Villa no. 4 could do with a little updating but was still lovely. Private pool big enough. I can't praise the staff enough, they are incredibly lovely. Kadek at reception is amazing! Always smiling and helping in any way possible. Sri of the restaurant, thank you for the wonderful conversations, local knowledge and top service. Mega, your lovely smile and kindness illuminates everything around you. Don't ever change! And also Budi, Ari and Juli, thank you for the great and friendly service, and all the others whose names I unfortunately cannot remember. You made our stay memorable and if we ever return to Sanur, we will definitely stay at Sagara!
