An Amazing Stay! My brother and I had such a great time at this resort! The staff were all incredible especially Sheela/Shella of Saii Lagoon — so friendly, warm, and always going out of her way to help. Seriously above and beyond service from everyone we met. Big shout-out to Sara from Hard Rock for giving us a tour and even a ride back to the resort — she was so kind, welcoming, and really made us feel at home. It’s little things like that that make the experience extra special. Also, major thanks to chef Reuben. Every dish hit the spot — so comforting and familiar, it felt like a warm hug on a plate. The views were unreal — beach right there, peaceful and beautiful water, just the most relaxing spot. Amenities were all easy to get to and everything felt super smooth and laid-back. Already thinking about our next visit. Highly recommend!
