Oh my goodness… there are not enough stars to rate Salt along side other hotels, it’s unfair and I would rate it 10+ as it’s an exceptional place to stay and wonderful experience. The staff go above and beyond any hotel we have ever stayed at before. I have gluten ataxia and have to be very careful with not just being gluten free but to have cross contamination processes in place. Shiva and the whole team go out of their way to not only keep me safe but spoil me with treats and surprises too…..no basic “get what your given” menus here thats for sure!There are too many wonderful staff to name individually and it would feel unfair to do so, the words, kind, efficient, friendly, lovely, happy, respectful, fun, genuine, sincere, and to say you feel part of the Salt family is an understatement…..So much so we have been back 3 times and would not rule out going again for a 4th, which is surprising for my husband and I as we love to travel and see different places and have a list of places we want to see….But the call of Salt,it’s wonderful people and our ability to be able to completely relax there without any issues or concerns from life I’m guessing will be too tempting to resist…. Our Salt family will be calling ❤️

Place is amazing. Awesome service from Med: from the day we arrived he explained everything, even suggested for us to upgrade which we did. Awesome service thanks Med. not forgetting even more service from Vish, Bhishon and Mayur. You guys are awesome, please keep up the good amazing work. Definitely coming back for my anniversary. A spacious room with an ocean view, infinite pools and unbelievable customer service with attentive and friendly staff. From Vikash to Bhishav, Dr Med and Melanie - at every point from arrival to stay experience and departure, my wife and I were treated with absolute respect and provided with good options and alternatives like that nice iced coffee we got at Breakfast on Day 2. This is one of the best hotels you would ever stay!

My partner and I had the best experience at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Beautiful hotel, modern rooms and facilities. We had the front facing beach room which was to die for!! Woke up to the most beautiful sunrises. Room was well equipped, bed is comfy and bathroom was stunning and clean. A special s/o to Med, Rishi, Vikesh, the waiters and the chefs!! They were very kind and welcoming. The food was amazing. Just a heads up- the drinks are quite pricey, opt for the half board because honestly they expect you to pay more for certain items on the menu. Inclusive is not worth it in our opinion. There are some activities included that will make your stay even more worth it. You honestly don’t have to leave the hotel. It’s on the east side of the island which is more windy but we didn’t mind it because Mauritius is very humid. Highly recommend this hotel - this is your sign to pick it. We will definitely be back!
