Lovely trip away

The room was clean and tidy with a lovely view, the food was good for all inclusive something different everyday. The bar staff are amazing all really lovely, friendly and funny. In fact all the staff was friendly and approachable.

An absolutely massive thank you to Tom, Pedro and other members of staff who couldn't have done enough for me when I lost my phone - unbelievable help, thank you so much! The hotel itself is great too! Would definitely recommend. Rooms in great condition and are cleaned daily, pool area is spotless, breakfast was basic but lots to chose from (fry up, continental, cereals, fruit, breads/pasties etc) - nice little gym too. Thanks again for all your help, it really was appreciated!

This is a fantastic Hotel. It's becoming like my second home! Everybody who works there is so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are more than adequate and kept clean daily. The food is very varied and delicious. To you ALL at the Samos, thank you for making my stays an experience not to forget. See you all again in July.

What a great time we had … we were a group of ladies enjoying birthday celebrations. Been here 8 years ago and must admit the hotel is not as rowdy and not full of hen / stag doo’s. Families enjoyed the pools and daytime activities.. plenty of sunbeds. Reception girls were great - our travel agent hadn’t booked pool view as we like sit on balcony , and kindly moved us. Be sure to book / email asking for pool room. Some rooms overlook main drag. Food was different each night, something for everyone and very nice too. Pool bar was never crowded as enough staff to deal with everyone. Shaded area all day if needed, there is a terrace bar which overlooks pool .. good for few drinks before going out. Great friendly bar men, and the cocktails were great. Local spirits just fine if mixing with coke etc.. although you can pay extra for brands.- we didn’t feel the need. Hotel has x3 lifts. After midnight reception is rood off , presume to let guests only in as we were trying wait for friends and told very sternly outside or go to room. No trouble in or around hotel - even though right next door to BCM night club .. which you do t hear at all. Great location to walk palma nova .. along seafront or main roads, bus there about 3euros. We caught boat trip from there only to find could have got on same boat on magaluf seafront.
