Sandals Montego Bay All inclusive

We've been to several Sandals resorts, so had to try the OG in Montego Bay. Needless to say we had a great time! The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the beach is amazing. Top restaurants were Soy (went twice), Bayside for dinner, and the Jerk Shack for lunch. We rented a cabana on the beach for several days during our stay, at an extra charge, but it was well worth it! Shakina and Aaron are fantastic and were with us all day, every day, making sure we had everything we needed (and several drinks we probably didn't need LOL) We happened to be there during Welcome Home Week, so we got to take advantage of some extras for returning guests including a free, all day excursion where we rode horses and ATVs and also went ziplining. Stone in the Rewards office was super helpful as we planned our itinerary for the week. All in all another great Sandals vacation. No doubt we'll be hitting Sandals again next year!

Sandals Montego Bay has a beautiful setting, warm staff, and standout dishes like the curry goat and Jamaican patties. However, frequent plane noise, inconsistent butler service, unavailable menu items, and rigid scheduling took away from the relaxing honeymoon experience we hoped for. Our room had technical issues, and despite paying nearly $14,000, the value didn’t match the price. While there were memorable moments, Sandals Montego Bay over-promised and under-delivered. We recommend it only if you’re willing to accept trade-offs in exchange for the beautiful beach and scenery.

St. Patrick’s Day Getaway – Sandals Montego Bay We’ve just returned from another unforgettable getaway at Sandals Montego Bay, and once again, it went above and beyond our expectations. The incredible staff continuously elevates the experience, making each visit feel even more special than the last. Whether it’s your first time in Jamaica or a return visit, Club MoBay is a must for both arrival and departure. Being met at the plane and fast-tracked through the airport by a personal escort is the perfect way to kick off your vacation. Before you know it, you’ll be unwinding in the Sandals lounge, already soaking in the island vibes. And if you're lucky, Ryan might be working—his next-level hospitality set the tone for our trip. At the resort, we were warmly welcomed with genuine smiles and unmatched hospitality. That’s when true relaxation began. The team’s attention to detail is second to none—they consistently go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right. In the lounge, we were greeted by Chris Elliot and Duncan, and after just a brief wait, our butlers arrived to escort us to our room. We always request Stevan and Marvin, our legendary A-Team. Their service is extraordinary and a big part of why we keep returning. Stevan had us settled in our room quickly, with luggage arriving right behind us. Within an hour, we were unpacked, changed, and basking in the sunshine on the beach. A major highlight this time was the return guest dinner. Sandals knows how to make loyal guests feel truly valued. The evening was beautifully curated with delicious food, flowing drinks, and fantastic entertainment. Even better was reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting new friends who share our love for the resort. Each dinner adds to the growing sense of community that brings us back time and time again. The bar team across the resort deserves major kudos—especially Rayon and Ramario at the main bar and Dane at the piano bar. Their energy, attention to detail, and dedication to making guests feel special truly stood out. And we can’t forget Ceressa, who tirelessly delivered drinks up and down the beach with a smile every day. Over at Soy, Joel continues to impress us with his passion and commitment to stellar service. Sushi lovers—don’t miss the chance to experience his artistry. Butch’s remains one of our top dining picks, consistently serving up delicious meals and outstanding service. Pro tip: order your steak one level below your usual doneness for the perfect result. This time, we also treated ourselves to two visits to the Red Lane Spa, which took our relaxation to the next level. The team there truly works magic. Finally, we want to shout out the amazing photography team—an often-overlooked part of the experience. Letting them capture your trip is completely free, and their work is incredible. Huge thanks to Adrian, Roger, Omar, and Kevin for preserving our memories so beautifully.

This is a beautiful Resort! The staff was amazing – the bartenders at the Lobby Bar (along with other bars) were so enjoyable. We shared many laughs. Ms. Miller in housekeeping went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best. The guests we met were great as well. The Resort provides a community feel – a great place to unplug. The talent of the performers – fantastic! The beach staff were great. It was a wonderful vacation thanks to everyone at this Resort. Highly recommend!

Tasha, one of the playmakers, brought nonstop energy and fun throughout the resort. Her vibrant spirit made every activity memorable. She’s the sweetest, most engaging playmaker. Geriene, the entertainment manager, did an excellent job keeping the atmosphere upbeat and engaging all day long. Special shout-out to Everton in the lobby for his kindness and welcoming energy every time we passed through — he made us feel right at home. And last but not least, the amazing butler Carlene who deserves all the praise. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and warmth elevated the entire experience. The beachfront views, exceptional food, and top-tier service make Sandals Montego Bay a destination we would return to in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
