Official Description

The beach hotel is located next to the beach amidst green hills on a coral cliff that juts into a moon-shaped beach. The club resort on the island of St. Lucia is approximately 7 km from the capital city of Castries and the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Renovated in 2009, the spa complex offers a full range of modern comforts and amenities, such as shops, Internet access and the best facilities for couples. The air-conditioned establishment offers 331 rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. Further facilities include a hairdressing salon, bar, pub, restaurant and laundry service. The hotel offers deluxe rooms with a large and cosy living room with comfortable sofas and a plasma TV. The terrace opens outdoors with plantation-style sliding doors which reveal the beauty of the Caribbean Sea. The rooms are also equipped with amenities like air conditioning, Internet access, a fridge, ironing set and a safe. Soy is a must!

We’ve had the pleasure of dining at Soy several times during our stay, and it has been consistently excellent every single visit. The food is absolutely outstanding, beautifully presented and full of flavour, making it somewhere we kept coming back to without hesitation. What really elevates the experience, though, is the staff. They are all warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive, creating such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. A special mention has to go to Peter, who truly goes above and beyond. He has an amazing ability to remember what guests like, making each visit feel personal and thoughtful. His attention to detail is exceptional, and he strikes that perfect balance between being attentive and allowing you to fully enjoy your meal. Peter’s friendly manner and genuine care for guests made a real difference to our experience. It is rare to come across service like this, and it is clear he takes great pride in what he does. Soy is an absolute highlight of our stay, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon redux here and had the absolute best time. We splashed out a bit and went for the butler service Rondoval. The butlers made the trip. Charles, Kyle, and Garvin were amazing. We will definitely be back and hope to get the same butler team.

We had such an incredible stay at Sandals Le Toc, made truly special by the most wonderful and attentive staff. From start to finish, everything felt effortless and welcoming. A real highlight was the spectacular outdoor dinner organised by Emma for returning guests. It was such a thoughtful touch and an unforgettable evening, dancing under the stars to a fantastic band. Jacintha deserves a special mention as she is simply fantastic. She is always there with a warm smile, ready to help, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. She brings such a fun, friendly energy that really makes your stay feel personal. Amanda in the bar is brilliant and always seems to have our favourite drinks ready before we even ask. Mornings were just as lovely, with Aston greeting us in the Pavilion for breakfast, which is the perfect way to start the day. Our favourite spot to eat is Soy, where Peter and his manager Michael always look after us so well. They are both such warm, happy people and make every visit a pleasure. A huge thank you as well to Audrey, the hotel manager, and Filius, the general manager, who clearly lead an exceptional team. We cannot wait to return! Esther & Stacey
