I went here with my daughter from 11th August for one week. I cannot fault this hotel at all! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless. We had fresh white gorgeous towels every day. We had one of the rooms with a small shared pool with 3/4 other rooms and for the first 6 days we had it to ourselves, it was amazing! For the first 5 days we didn’t have to worry about finding a sun bed by the main pool and bar area and that was in the middle of August! On our last two days that became more difficult with the arrival of some large family groups who seemed to claim them all for themselves pretty much. There are plenty of other sunbeds around the hotel though as there are three other pools to choose from and we also had our own private sunbeds by our pool to fall back on too. The reception staff were so helpful suggesting tours, booking taxis etc. nothing was too much trouble. The seafront at Kamari was only a two minute walk from the hotel where there were a huge array of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. Swimming in the sea there is rocky, but beautiful, so bring your swimming shoes! Don’t hesitate to book this hotel, you won’t be disappointed!

The most memorable and magical holiday

We have just returned from the most magical holiday, having fallen in love with Kamari and the Santorini Kastelli Resort. From arriving to a friendly welcome, to being taken care of by all the wonderful staff members throughout our stay, we couldn’t fault the levels of service we experienced. The resort is beautiful and so well kept; we spent so many enjoyable hours relaxing by the pool and taking the chance to completely unwind in the stunning surroundings. Our room was perfect, so clean, comfortable and stylishly furnished. The hotel is perfectly located being a short walk from the beachfront front and all that has to offer, with excellent restaurants and a lovely atmosphere. We simply did not want to leave and will definitely return. Thank you to all at Kastelli Resort who made our stay so special and memorable.

Our stay at Santorini Kastelli Resort was exceptional. The staff welcomed us warmly and provided outstanding service throughout our visit. The room was elegant, spacious, and spotless, with beautiful details that created a relaxing atmosphere. The resort’s pools and gardens offered a peaceful escape, while the spa was perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the restaurant served high-quality meals in a romantic setting. Overall, this resort combines true luxury with authentic Greek hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

I have nothing bad to say about this place.The staff is very polite and pleasant.The service was excellent at all levels.Clean rooms and delicious/fresh breakfast. There are 4 public pools some of the are very quite,enough sunbeds and unlimited fresh towels available.

Avoid if you want a sunlounger in the shade

Do not book a luxury swim up if you want to take a chance that your sun loungers are in the shade. They have 4 swim up rooms and room 503 is in the shade pretty much all day. The receptionist is rude and unhelpful. I got told ‘you booked a swim up room and you have a swim up room’ if I had known the sunbeds were shaded I would have got a cheaper room without the swim up and just used the main pool. Leaves such a dampener on a much awaited trip.
