Santorini Princess Hotel & Spa was the perfect choice for us. The breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea were just steps away, creating a peaceful and unforgettable setting throughout our stay. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience—quiet, elegant, and professionally run, yet only a short drive from the lively atmosphere and stunning sunsets of Oia. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with an incredible view, and the hotel’s private taxi service made exploring the island effortless. One of the sweetest surprises was returning to our room in the evening to find a thoughtful gift that had been quietly placed there during the day. It was such a warm and personal touch that made us feel truly cared for. We stayed in Room 12, right next to the pool. At first, we were concerned it might be noisy or lack privacy, but it turned out to be wonderfully peaceful. The entire hotel had such a relaxing atmosphere that we never once felt disturbed. Our stay at Santorini Princess Hotel & Spa exceeded every expectation. We left with unforgettable memories and will absolutely return on our next visit to Santorini.

Love this place so clean and such friendly staff it was a blast

We are leaving today after an incredible stay at Princess Spa Santorini, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We stayed in Room 21 overlooking the caldera, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning to such an incredible panorama was unforgettable and made our holiday feel truly special. The biggest highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff. Every single member of the team was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made us feel so well looked after from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. A special mention also goes to the hotel’s drivers, who were always professional, punctual, and incredibly friendly. They made travelling around the island so easy and stress-free. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day, keeping everything spotless and making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel has all the facilities you could want for a relaxing stay, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and luxurious. We’ve travelled a lot over the past year and stayed in many lovely hotels, but Princess Spa Santorini genuinely stands out as one of the best. It gave us one of the most memorable holidays we’ve ever had in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Thank you to everyone at Princess Spa Santorini for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone visiting Santorini.

I used the transfer services to my , terrible experience. I arrived at santorini port and went to a hut selling bus tickets. We thought this was where we could buy public bus tickets as we wanted to get that into town. The woman told us that the public bus was only once every 2 hours and the public bus was 17€ each. She then told us we had to get the transfer bus now or it would leave, pushing urgency. These are classic scam tactics! We made the wrong decision, which was to use the princess hotel transfer service to our hotel (which was elsewhere). The bus was branded with princess hotel santorini transfers - whether it's this hotel looking to make a few extra quid from naïve tourists or employees of no relation, it's a bad name for the hotel!
