Relaxing with good views of caldera

Positives: We stayed for 5 nights at the end of September. The villa is extremely spacious, clean and well-equipped. Each bedroom is on its own floor with its own bathroom. Lower ground floor houses a little gym next to the bedroom. The pool and hot tub are heated. Our friends staying is a nearby 5* hotel did not have a heated pool which meant they could not use. The outdoor area is very generous with two dining tables and a seating area and 4 loungers. The staff were very helpful and arranged our catamaran trip and even collected me from the local hairdresser. Cons: there is a service road at the back of the villa that vehicles use to supply a wedding venue a stones throw away. So you can be lounging in your garden and have the noise of vehicles running along the back. You will need a car or use the taxi on offer at the property. The location is not really near anything and getting to the beach is a 10 min drive. Taxis on the island are expensive.

Wonderful place to stay in Santorini

We had a wonderful experience at the Presidential Suites, going to Santorini for a wedding. The facility was very clean with extraordinary views of the Caldera and the island as a whole. With 4 villas and a max of 24 people (6 /suite), it's an intimate place to vacation, allowing the staff to quickly and efficiently address any of your needs. The staff is the true magic of the Suites, especially Naya, who not only couldn't do enough for us, but really ensured that our time was well spent. She provided us with great food, touring/things to do, and transportation recommendations. She couldn't do enough for us, no matter the time of day. Zenya was also a terrific member of the staff, seeing to our every need. Besides the staff, the location is situated away from the heavy tourist areas, but those are easily accessible by transportation. With each villa having it's own pool and hot tub, it's a place to relax and appreciate the immense beauty of the island, water and volcano. I highly recommend this facility.

Wow! What an amazing stay wait till you see the views , didn’t want to leave. From the Villa itself to the amazing yard, pool and hot tub it was a dream come true it is truly exceptional.I highly recommend this place. Once there I assure you if you have any needs Naya will go above and beyond to take care of you, we can’t wait to go back

Absolute Bliss: This Is THE BEST Place to Stay in Santorini

How can I begin to describe this magical getaway?? From the moment we arrived, my husband and I were welcomed with authentic warmth and professionalism. Naya showed us our villa, which felt like we were on a movie set! The view rivaled any touristy spot in the other parts of the island, and on top of that, we were in a peaceful, quiet atmosphere the entire time. Breakfast was served by our private pool every morning, always made to our exact requests. The interior of the villa was comfortable and well-maintained. There’s a small cobblestone road between the back patio and cliff edge, only a few cars drove by the entire time we were there — it still felt utterly private. The staff was top notch, always helpful and going above and beyond in a genuine way. Naya made sure we had the BEST experience wherever we went on the island. She recommended a fabulous restaurant in Pyrgos, a chic beach club in Perivolos, and arranged every ride for us. We went back and forth researching tons of places before we landed on this gem, and I am so thankful we did. We’ll be returning for years to come!!

Perfect stay from start to finish.

Our stay at Santorini Princess Presidential Suites did not disappoint—the villa is beautiful and we loved enjoying the breathtaking view from the heated swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast served at the villa was delicious and we were even able to enjoy it on the terrace! However, what made our stay truly unique was the team’s commitment to excellence—everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful. A huge thank you to Natasa for her genuine kindness and her assistance throughout our stay, from dealing with the rental car to suggesting excursions and finding us restaurants. We will definitely come back!
