Santorini Secret Suites & Spa

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was worth every penny! While it’s expensive, it is the quintessential experience with the views, pool and accommodations. I could (and did) just stare at the caldera views all day. The staff was helpful, provided great recommendations and set all our reservations. The included breakfast was unexpectedly incredible as well! You are right next to the main foot traffic road so you will be in many tourist photos during the day if you are in the pool but if you move the umbrella you can have privacy (or smile if you don’t care like us). In the morning and at night the walkway clears up so we had great moments to snag the perfect photo and peacefully stroll the area.

Amazing location and a beautiful hotel, staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, engaging and always ready to provide advice on what to do and where to go. The room was well appointed, we had our own hot tub and an amazing view. The walk down the steps for Breakfast on the terrace and tasty cocktails at the outdoor bar in the evenings were a great way to start and finish each day! Will definitely plan to return. Santorini is a beautiful place but I would suggest visiting in May and not in the middle of the high season when it would be very crowded.

Amazing location, lovely hotel with great staff who were friendly, engaging and efficient. Rooms were traditional, small but well appointed. Great breakfast on the terrace and delicious cocktails at the outside bar each evening. The breathtaking views were well worth the workout up and down the steps! Our room had a hot tub and of course there is an amazing infinity pool to enjoy. We will certainly plan to return. Mid May is a perfect time before Oia is swamped by too many cruise ship bus loads!

Amazing service and the views were spectacular. Since I was handicapped they allowed us to have complimentary room service everyday for breakfast. The welcome package was a very nice surprise and well worth the stay. Highly recommend staying in the Pure Suite.

Staying at Santorini Secret Suites was one of the most unforgettable experiences we have ever had. Everything from the setting to the service was flawless. The view of the caldera is something words cannot describe. Waking up to that endless blue and the dramatic cliffs is something we will cherish forever! Our suite was pure luxury. Spotless spacious it offered total privacy and comfort (room 34). The private pool with the caldera view made us feel like we were living in a dream. Every detail was carefully thought out from the linens to the amenities. The level of service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every single staff member was kind helpful and sincerely invested in our experience. You never feel like just another guest here. You feel truly valued. There was always someone nearby ready to assist with a smile without being intrusive. It is rare to find such balance between professionalism and warmth. Dining at Black Rock Restaurant was another highlight. The food was simply spectacular. Each dish was crafted with skill creativity and a deep respect for the ingredients. The atmosphere in the evening with the soft lighting and the view of the sea made it a truly magical setting. The service during dinner was equally impeccable. Attentive but discreet knowledgeable and always welcoming. Honestly it is hard to believe anyone could leave a negative review about this place. You would have to be actively looking for problems to find something wrong here. From our experience this hotel delivers above and beyond in every aspect. If you are visiting Santorini and want to experience the island at its very best look no further. Santorini Secret Suites and Spa is where luxury meets authenticity. We left feeling inspired recharged and already dreaming of our return.
