Great Hospitality, just a few tweaks needed

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and a nice view. The location was very convenient—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I also appreciated the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet each morning. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is due to "Cancellation / No-Show Policy" under Indo-Pak war disturbance and non-addressal of my one request of housekeeping. However, Overall it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

SCAMMER who is only good at ripping off the customers and finding the way to get money from the customers

Extremely horrible experience, I will never ever go again and will recommend others not to go to these scammers who are only good at ripping off the customers. There is zero (0) customer service, no room cleaning, nothing but when it comes to money, they are always there. Greedy people. Extremely disappointed!!

Very family friendly and staff is just very sweet. The kids loved the pool time,and the evening snacks. They were also greeted with toys and games which the kids loved. The area is so good with several food options around. Very close to masjid and essential stores.
