Great place to stay

Great service, affordable and not crowded... People at the hotel were very nice, which is quite rare to find in Dubai. The rooms and facilities are clean and regularly maintained. The hotel has nice pool and spa section with steam and dry sauna.

Very nice and quiet place to stay.....Staff and front desk reception very friendly people with a smile.....Overall Savoy Group is indeed very good an done can look into staying at their properties in Bur Dubai area.....METRO Stations are also nearby if one can walk around 1 km

Very pleasant stay

I had a very pleasant stay at the Savoy Crest hotel. I had a request before my stay and they replied quickly. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, nice and clean with a well equiped kitchen and all you need. The only negative fact I could mention was a mouldy smell in the bathroom. The location was really good, not far from two metro stations, Al Fahidi area and Dubai frame. I would stay there again and can definitely recommend the hotel.

Good option if arriving early in Dubai

I did a 12 hour day stay, as my flight arrived early in the morning and I couldn’t check in to my hotel until 4 pm. The building is a bit dated and it was a little expensive, but the staff were really helpful. Special thanks to the receptionist who gave me a great supermarket recommendation. It’s also close to the BurJuman Mall. Overall, I would stay here again.
