This beachfront hotel is located near the seaside village of Perivolos and Perissa, at the beach of Perivolos. Within a few meters of the hotel guests will find shops, bars, restaurants and clubs, as well as water sports. The bus stop is 100 m away. The capital of Santorini, Thira, as well as Santorini (Thira) National Airport, is around 12 km from the hotel. This beach hotel is being constantly renovated and offers a total of 23 comfortable and fully-equipped rooms and suites. The hotel is built in in traditional cycladic style and offers facilities such as a restaurant, beach area, beach loungers and umbrellas, swimming pool, free wireless Internet access and car parking area. HORRIBLE. Nothing as advertised.

This hotel is NOT what is advertised. Disgusting rooms, nothing like what is pictured. Our first red flag should’ve been that not one taxi driver had heard of the location. We got there and there’s no one to be found - had to call reception three times before we got anyone to come check us in. We walked in to find a motel level room that looked like it was last cleaned and refreshed in the 80s. View of wasteland as well. Smelt HORRIFIC. Hair inside of the sheets and just disgusting. Was supposed to stay two nights and left as soon as possible and booked in Finikia instead. Told them we had an emergency - the emergency was how gross the room was. If you’re from America, staying here is like staying in an Asbury Park Motel from Jersey Shore.

Amazing Stay by the Sea!

We had a wonderful family holiday in Perivolos! The hotel’s location is perfect — right by the sea — and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Ana and Ana were absolutely fantastic, welcoming us with warmth and making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily, though overall cleanliness could be slightly improved. Still, we had an amazing experience and would love to come back. Thank you Ana & Ana🫶!

Best place to stay in Perrisa, Santorini

We arrived an have been treated with nothing but respect!!! Anna is the best, most friendly, accommodating, family oriented and absolutely the most wonderful person!! All her staff is absolutely fantastic. I do not know everyone's name so please forgive me for not mentioning you by name. Spiro, whom is her assistant is the most friendliest, sweetest man I have ever met. Ana, the receptionist is also very helpful. The hotel is kept very clean and the rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh sheets and towels!! Every morning there is fresh breakfast with fruit, cereal, eggs, tuna, feta cheese, bread and all sorts of great food. Coffee is delicious too!!! The restaurant is always open all day and well into the late evening hours. Food is always cooked fresh upon ordering. I cannot say enough about how comfortable, relaxing and kick back everyone is. No stress ever!!! I had the best time and will definitely come back!!!

Pros: - the beach is in front of the hotel - The rooms are spacious - The guy that serves on the beach is very friendly and helpful Cons: - when we arrived we received another room that the one that we’ve booked, and when we addressed the situation they tried to convince us that we are in the correct room and that the pictures from booking aren’t accurate. After a few days we were moved to our room, but the way they treated the situation was very unpleasant. They overbooked and they also said that this happens often so be careful(they confirmed our room 2 times) - Cleaning is superficial at its best: they change the towels daily, but the balcony is dirty, the floor is dirty and more important the towels and bedsheets are old with tiny stains - The breakfast is very good, but you don’t have a lot of options and they rarely refill(the breakfast is from 8:30 until 10) - The check in is after 15, but the program at the reception is from 10 to 15, after that there isn’t anyone there. - They offer the possibility to transfer from/to the airport, but no one came to pick us up even if they confirmed - The water is salty - The rooms have old furniture - The pictures were edited to look better
