very clean and there are many perks. they have a free shuttle (open air truck w seats) to various stops around phuket which is very convenient. have complimentary welcome drinks as well. their room options have 3 diff ones, 1 for do not disturb, 1 for clean pls, and 1 for just changing towels and emptying the bins. which i liked. very practical. staff are friendly and helpful. they recommended us to a very nice coffee place on day 1 that we kept going back to

Amazing and relaxing time

The Pool Bartenders Cake and Aon are true professionals of the hotel industry, they are friendly, charismatic, fun to talk to while you’re having a drink at the pool bar. They’re one of the highlights of the hotel. OWe like everything, the only observation I have is that I think front desk could be more flexible with upgrade options.
