Booked SeaCoast suites for one night pre cruise. reserved the two bedroom suite. It was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. Very run down and everything was broken. Mini blinds on the floor, no blankets on the beds. The room provided 3 blankets for 6 people. We had to make our own beds. When I called for more blankets I was told no. That housekeeping was gone and no one could get into the closet to get them. This was at 6 pm. The view was beautiful but we could barely see it through the dirty windows. The kitchen provided one plate, two glasses, plus two wine glasses. The rest of the 6 cabinets were empty. Ice maker was broken and there is no ice machine on site. We were told to go to the gas station for ice. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. Bathrooms were gross. Stay somewhere else!

Spacious apartment in great location

I was very nervous about coming here after reading the reviews but currently on 3rd day (of 6 in total) staying here and am very happy. The other reviews are correct that the furnishings and decor of the apartment is a little tired but this is cosmetic- everything is functional and comfy. We can’t use the balcony for safety reasons and the lift is a bit jumpy (in hindsight riding the tower of terror at Disney was not a great idea! 🤣). However, in spite of the comments above, if your priority is having a bit more space then this place is wonderful! We are on the 12th floor and our teenage daughters each have a double bed (and walk in wardrobe) in their room, two bathrooms, there is a separate lounge area with a stunning view and a second separate bedroom for the grownups. The kitchen is basic but perfectly functional and has enough cups/plates/ glasses/ cutlery for everyone. The apartment was clean when we arrived and no sign of bugs (which were suggested in a different review and had me worried!). There are no wine glasses but have picked some up from a local store. The air con is effective. The mandatory resort fee came as a surprise (we booked through TUI so clearly some crossed wires along the way causing that confusion) but this fee covers gym use, beach towels for the family and 2 sunloungers either at the pool or beach. The pool has been fully occupied but there is always space at the beach. Extra sunloungers can be rented at an additional cost if needed. The gym has a good array of equipment if you are into weights and a bike, steeper or cross-trainer for cardio. The gym doesn’t have aircon or water dispenser though so bring your own drink, towel & music to listen to if you like those things! The lady on reception has been very helpful, particularly in regards to working the laundry machine (there is one on each floor which is a real bonus!).

Cockroaches, rude employees

Be prepared that they don't supply anything. They don't tell you that. They call security on you if you complain. No glasses, coffee cups, pots, pans,Ect. Even though the day they have a restaurant, it is NEVER open. There's nothing around here. You must uber. They never have beach towels. These people are so used to complaints, they don't care. They say contact host, host says contact front desk. Cockroaches, sparsley furnished and old. Don't book here.
