This hotel was booked for my team, who were handling a project in the area. We checked in late, to rooms where absolutely nothing worked. The beds were twin beds and the rooms are very small you can hardly walk in the room. There were roches in rooms, in the pool and all over. The ac did not work in over 9 of the rooms that were booked and in some cases we were offered fan that were rusting and dilapidated to cool the room. The front desk agent, Kennisha, had an attitude, as we were inconveniencing her and her shift was up and she wanted to go home. I had to insist that she did whatever was necessary to make my team comfortable. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I was booked into this place last minute after my reservation was cancelled at Draxhall because I didn’t call 72 hours in advance to confirm! Upon arriving at this property the first red flag was that there was no security present! I asked to see the villa before I checked in, as soon as she opened the door I was greeted by an unpleasant smell! The bed linens were stained and looked dirty! Of Course I demanded a refund which I was told I wouldn’t get because they have a 48 hour cancellation policy! After fighting with the manager he finally refunded me for one night and the rest they kept! Do not stay here it’s terrible!

Amazing Service, great staff, nice location.

My family hosted a reunion at this property and it could not have been any better. The food was excellent, the staff extremely helpful and the owner was there to oversee everything. Dayna, Nickita, Bethany, Mr Green, Mrs Gibbs, Romeo, Everton, the chef and the owner Mr Williams saw to our every need. My cousins, who claimed to be vetarians, enjoyed the stew beef. Thanks Mr Williams for going to the market to purchase only the best for us. I highly recommend this property as they proved that you do not have to be big to give excellent service. Thank you everyone, we enjoyed ourselves.

Amazing Service and great location!

This hotel is a hidden gem! The staff here is super accommodating. Everyone is friendly and nice. The breakfast was phenomenal! The chef will cook lunch and dinner at your request. Literally steps to the Ocean- amazing breeze throughout the day. AC works good. You can also a rent a car directly from the hotel- which is a plus. (Im adventurous- so I asked an off duty security guard from the beach house next door to chauffeur me around so I didn’t have to drive.) The owner at this hotel is very hands on and helpful also. I’m traveling solo (white female) and I feel very safe! Cons- bed a was a bit too hard for my liking ( but then again I believe I was a princess in my past life).

Steps to the ocean, we came in for 5 nights...stayed 7 nights. The room was nice (To make this an honest review - the room could use an update but this did not negatively impact our stay in any way). We woke up looking at the beautiful blue Caribbean sea, which was the icing on the cake. The staff were very nice, not to mention the meals were excellent. Great location and we would visit again! Like to acknowledge Mr. Williams, Audrey, Dana and all other staff for their great service.
