In general, for us, the Seaden Quality Resort & Spa remains the number 1 and best hotel in Side. We are very happy to come back! Restaurant & Bars The catering was very, very varied. The main restaurant as well as the specialty restaurants were for us each visits like in a land of milk and honey. We have experienced many hotels - but the gastronomy at Seaden Quality Resort & Spa undeniably belongs to the best for us!!!! Especially at breakfast, Yeliz anticipated every wish and every evening dinner became a highlight for us....... We certainly don’t want to forget the drink service at the beach - special thanks to Melissa and Huseyin for their hard work (long drink runs) all day. Service The staff at Seaden Quality were always extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Starting with the guest service - Fatma was always there for us and consistently tried to fulfill all our wishes - this is exactly how one wishes for guest service in a hotel!!! In the lobby bar, thanks to Mahir, Toprak, and Gülshan, we were able to spend a wonderful time after the evening entertainment events enjoying delicious cocktails. The entire hotel management under the leadership of General Manager Mr. Latif Sesli is present for the guests and always approachable. Animation / Entertainment The animation team led by Gökhan Saridas organizes very good entertainment. We were particularly impressed by Sveda, who receives a lot of recognition from the kids (and parents) in the kids' club for her open and loving nature. The evening show program was very diverse. For us, the "Avatar Party" in the evening was a special highlight that one should not miss. The elaborate decorations of the evening events deserve great praise and respect. Unfortunately, the noise level of the music (sometimes more than 110 dB (and that hurts)) spoils some of the experience, leading some guests to flee to quieter areas. We would have loved to dance more and converse with guests during the live music, but that was unfortunately often not possible due to the volume... what a shame. Here, the principle should be: Less is often more..... ;o)
