My husband and I visited Secrets in late Feb/early March and it was such an incredible experience! This resort does provide an elevated experience - from rooms and decor to service and quality - this place exceeded our expectations at every turn. Food was excellent and service was even better! If you're hanging by the pool, check in with Daniel, Julio, or Cruz - they'll get you situated and the drinks flowing. Looking for fun? Find Luis - literally THE entertainment; he's engaging and fun! Overall, we had a blast! This is only our second AI in Mexico (or anywhere) so we are still figuring things out but we would definitely come back to this resort again.

Overpriced. Old buildings. Small. Annotated with teenagers, so hard to relax. Price covers nothing. Too expensive for what is offered.

Staff is amazing, especially Luis on Secrets entertainment team, Danial, Secrets pool concierge. Best restaurant is The Strip steakhouse, went three times and Luis made sure our meal was unforgettable every time!

Good Visit - Would Go Again

First time at this resort. Stayed within the brand several times. Nice to be able to go over to the Breathless whenever we felt like it. Didn't spend a whole lot of time over there in the day times. We enjoyed the quieter, relaxing atmosphere at the Secrets pool. Quieter that is until Luis on the entertainment team comes out!! He makes a point to involve everyone in the activities going on, whether it is coming to your loungers to do trivia or Spanish lessons or calling you out to work harder and be sexier during the water aerobics. He makes an effort to talk to everybody and make them feel included. Andres also was a fun entertainer! Cruz and Julio were our waiters and we always had drinks on the go! They never left us thirsty. Mario and Daniel did a great job ensuring everyone had a place to relax at the pool and getting you into a cabana. We found the bed in our room uncomfortable, and it was noisy being above the Rosewater in building 2. We were moved to a new room in building 3 and it was much quieter and the bed was better. The shows at the Showstopper were really good and it was nice having a bar in there! The night party's we found weren't much of a party. The "white party" lots of people dressed in white but there was nothing else going on. The "neon" party there was some body painting which was fun. The silent disco is always a blast. The restaraunts were all pretty good. The Strip and Silk City are our favorites but we enjoyed the others as well. We skipped the French in favor of not having to put on pants! lol
