We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of Weds 21st May - the check in itself was quick but we did have to wait a while for someone to come and show us to our room as the porter was dealing with the two families who arrived ahead of us. Wasn't a really long wait but at 1am we just wanted to get into our room and go to bed. We had a duplex family room with the children having the room upstairs with their own bathroom - perfect given we were travelling with two girls (aged 13 and 11). Shower was good and the room itself was fine - some areas of updating / repair that niggled me a little for example the wooden frame around the door was broken at the bottom and a few bits needed repainting. Didn't affect our stay at all but I just noticed these things. Mini bar in the room is free and is restocked daily so if you wanted a beer / soft drink whilst you were getting ready then you can help yourself. Rooms were cleaned every day also and the staff were very friendly if they were in there when we came back to grab our beach bags etc. Hotel complex - the rooms are in little village style areas with the main building being in the middle by the pool. There are a lot of steps and hills so if you have poor mobility then this could be an issue however there is a lift down to the beach from the main pool area and from the lobby down to the pool. We spent some days at the pool and some on the beach - didn't struggle too much getting 4 loungers together by the pool - we would go down after breakfast and put the towels on before nipping to the room to pick up bags etc. It was annoying that some loungers appeared to have towels on but nobody using them, however I did also notice staff taking these off after lunch if it looked like nobody was there. The beach area is nice with several jettys that you can jump into the sea off. Waterslides are located near the beach too and also a volleyball area / watersports (payable locally) Food - the main restaurant is buffet style as expected with all inclusive. Yes it is busy with people walking around but not horrendous. At breakfast you could choose from freshly made omelettes, yoghurt, pancakes and a variety of turkish breakfast items. You could also make your own toasted sandwiches. Coffee and juice is self service. We didn't eat in the main restaurant at lunch instead choosing to use the other locations on site. - bookings are not needed at lunch time. The Turkish restaurant is excellent with a number of lunch time dishes to choose from and a self service salad area (try the turkish ravioli). The 7/24 area is located at the end of the hotel complex and this serves burgers, pizza, fajitas, sea bass - food was always good here and lovely sea views / view back to Gumbet bay area. Italian - we only ate here once as we preferred the other two options. Food was just ok in this one - nothing special. Evening meal we chose to use the main restaurant - sometimes hard to get a table outside but we tended to sit in the same area and the waiter would often indicate that a table was becoming available. Again self service for food but as other reviews have said a wide variety of choice and often a themed night (Italian, Turkish, Fish and Seafood). By the pool there is also the option to get jacket potatoes, hot dogs, waffles and ice cream in the day time. Drinks - as to be expected the beer served is a weaker brew and the spirits have been cut so not as strong but that didn't ruin the holiday for me as they didn't taste awful. The entertainment staff are around the pool daily for the aqua gym, darts, botcha etc. On our last day there was a pool party with dancers and a foam cannon which my girls thought was brilliant. We didn't see much of the night time entertainment as we went off the hotel complex a few nights or sat in a different area but the notice board indicated what was on. Whilst we were at the hotel they had two bands playing at the windmill bar (by the pool), a cyber party and a circus act on in the ampitheatre - but as I said we didn't see much of this. Local Area - Gumbet is a ten minute walk from the hotel and we went here a few nights during our stay. We had drinks in the Hollywood Bar and the staff were really friendly but at the same time gave you space when you'd had a bit of a chat. We did notice on the bus one night that there are more lively bars if you are looking to have a dance etc. We also got the bus into Bodrum which cost 40 lira each (per direction) this works out at around £2 return and it took about 15/20 minutes. Bodrum was nice to have a walk around the shops and get a drink on the front (lots of bars / restaurants that overlook the bay and castle) We found that the shop owners didn't give you too much hassle in Bodrum (unlike Marmaris) - a polite no thanks when they asked you to come in the shop and they would leave you to carry on walking. We have said that we would definitely go back to this hotel in the future as there were far more positive things that we liked than negative.

Simple honest review! Travelled with 4 Adults ,1 baby 7 months old and a 6-year-old. Staff: Extremely lovely Hotel Rooms: Like a little village with pretty flowers sloped down the hill. Take note if you have mobility issues. Rooms: Clean, slightly dated, does a job, nothing special. If you have a buggy or mobility issues, tell the hotel, some very steep slopes and steps. Main pool: Very big, expected temperature. Sunbeds crammed together Benidorm like! Not much space and no personal space. Good luck getting 4/5 sunbeds together. No Shade or grass areas or none smoking areas Their might be signs but not enforced. Baby/Kids pool: Just of the main pool, space for 10/12 sunbeds max, we managed to get 3 together once in 10 days. Basically, if the hotel has 6 families with two kids aged 0 – 4 or children that can’t swim, only 3 of the families will be able to sit round the baby/kid’s pool. Not ideal for a hotel of this size. Inadequate. Impossible to get sunbeds, nightmare. People without children also use the sunbeds which is annoying. (This will prevent me from returning to the hotel) Indoor pool: Available for everyone all day, small kids pool also. Beach: Nice beach loads of sunbeds, relaxing and quiet at some parts, obviously the bar end is busier. We had to find space for the buggy so used the far end most the time which was fine. Spent most of our time at the beach as we couldn’t find space at the baby pool/main pool. Bars: Lobby Bar/ 2 Pool bars / Beach Bar / 24hour Bar. Pool food: ice creams, baked potatoes, hot dogs & waffles. Buffet: Plenty of options, different themed nights, busy like every other all-inclusive hotel which we can all expect. 24/7 Restaurant: Pizza available until 12am, simple menu with burgers/chicken burgers/nuggets/chips/pasta/noodles. Does the trick, handy if your baby is teething and wont sleep! Went for a walk at 3am, baby went to sleep so got a beer and a burger. Win win all round! happy wife, happy baby, happy Dad. This is also nice for quiet evening drinks looking over the sea and boats. Windmill bar is ok, nice for evening drinks when entertainment is on also. al a carte: Italian and Turkish open for lunch, no booking required. The lamb pot is lovely at the Turkish for lunch. Different menu for the evening, booking required, food is good. Beach cabanas: An absolute must for a good relax and unwind! Well worth the extra money! 40€ for drinks provided by a great waiter until 6pm or 70$ for drinks, lunch (from the 24/7 menu) served in the cabana. Very much recommend, you only have to leave to go toilet, the waiter is so lovely serving drinks and very attentive. He earned a good tip. 😊 I recommend booking this for 40€ and going to the Turkish for lunch and returning for chilled drinks, he provided bottles of wine and any drinks your asked for in glasses. Efes draft beer was nice. Local Bars: 10/15 minute walk.

Honest review this of this hotel and the issues we had. On arrival we checked in and that was easy and bags taken to the room no issues. On arriving at the room we found the room only ok as it was dated in places needs some TLC and the air conditioning unit was leaking all over the floor. The hotel fixed the air conditioning unit the next morning but was a hot uncomfortable 1st night. As other reviews state you can hear everything from rooms above and next to you so can be noisy on occasions. After putting are bags in the the room we headed to get a drink and some food and asked for directions from a member of staff on reception. His response was a sign of thinks to come “Dear Guests I have given use a map please use it and find your way to the 24/7 bar and eatery using the map I am not here to give directions” The hotel asks guests to not use portable speakers on site which I am in favour off, but this is ignored by eastern Europeans and hard for the hotel to police. If you don’t get up by 8am for a sun lounger around the pool forget it as it gets very busy fast. The food overall in the buffet poor and cold and more suited to Eastern Europeans and Turkish visitors. We ate most evenings at the 24/7 bar down near the beach and the food here was nice and enjoyable but became very similar after eating there most days and nights. The Italian al a carte we also ate in and we fought the quality was poor with one of the head waiters in burgundy top very rude asking every five minutes are use finished can I take your plates. Guests relations very poor customer service with them mocking are complaints when speaking with them and asking us to use whatsss app to log complaints. We asked for a late check out to be informed the hotel was full and this wasn’t possible by guest relations after asking every day been fobbed of saying they won’t know till last day of are holiday. To top this off another family and groups whom traveled on the same flight were given there rooms till 19:00 without issue. I went up to reception to ask why they were given it but we wasn’t for a rude member of staff to say we full nothing we do. Anyway after a disagreement with this member of staff the duty manager intervened and said it was a mistake by his team the room had been available all the time as they are not at capacity and she apologised for the mistake. We had all ready checked out by this point and packed everything away so more poor customer service towards ourselves. Cocktails in the lobby bar very nice and if you ask for English spirits you can have them but ask. The cabana we did also and this is definitely worth the money as so relaxing and the butler service is excellent he worked tirelessly. We have travelled to Turkey now for 15 years and this is by far the worst customer service we have had there and we will never return to this hotel.

Many thanks again to all the staff that made our stay really good.Harry does an excellent job ,and mixes well with his guests every nationality.The bar staff were great never an empty glass.Amett and Finatt in the main restaurant are superb the best servers in te restaurant, The itallien is a must the waiting staff are 5 star especially in the evening Will be returning again I August for the umpteenth time , We absolutely love the place

Great hotel 10 nights may 10th 2025. Couple, food great, choice food loads, great service, friendly staff, very clean, beach great, room great, maid service could be better. Food buffet AI loads food so many choices plenty of it, hot, outdoor area dining lovely, indoor area can get busy, drinks good, Food court by pool lots seats plenty shade, lots of ice cream, fruit, hot waffles sauces, toasties yum, hot dogs are chicken, jacket potatoes lovely toppings, 24 bar restaurant food fantastic table service great menu 24 hour Pizza amazing, cheese burger yum Profiteroles yum. Quality drinks Lovely outdoors area for sitting comfy overlooking sea with a drink. Gets very busy lunch time as its by the beach. Italian restaurant fantastic food, beach area lunch no need to book Evening book as soon as possible QR code book on phone 1 free visit per 7 days, great menu, great service, romantic atmosphere, outside area,we had Soup great, loads of sides, ravioli, chicken walnut pasta, Pizza, spaghetti bol, tiramasu yum, Brownie. Turkish restaurant didn't try always empty as buffet is very Turkish. Fish restaurant didn't try. Lobby patisserie yummy 11-6 You definitely will not go hungry here. Pool large main pool cold but did start to warm up as weather got better, very clean, pretty, lovely plants flowers, loungers get out early gets busy very overcrowded lots of umbrellas don't give much shade as you can't move about can get very hot, pool bar, plenty of free towels, windmill bar by pool, music good by pool, animation team fun friendly, darts, water polo, aqua aerobics, yoga. Lifeguard. Relax pool quiet didn't use but looked. Kids pool covered with sails for shade non slip mats. Water park small didn't use but looked fun by the beach. Beach has a bar, volleyball area, loungers can get busy, large fixed thatched umbrellas with table we went beach mostly nice breeze more shade, sand gritty, sea clear lots fish cold but lovely once in easy to get in Water sports. Bars lobby area reception lots comfy sofas lovely outside area good quality drinks can get a queue pm. Toilets very clean. Pool bar, windmill bar by the pool also used pm with entertainment area outside lots seats take a jumper can get cool they hand out free fleece blankets wow. 24 bar good quality drinks lovely outside sofas. Beach bar, their is a disco never saw it used. WiFi everywhere free, taxi prices and call button outside reception doors good prices no wait very quick. Lots of toilets everywhere very clean. pool and beach have proper showers in the toilet blocks. Hilly lots steps ramps can be steep, has lifts, Shop and it's own doctor's room. Very large lovely shower in room. Taxi from airport around £40 as transfers take up to 1 hrs 50 when it is only 40 minutes. Taxi to Bodrum £6 each way. 15 minutes walk to town gumbet Barter with the shops shake hands. Cabanas not free €100. Ferry to kos in Bodrum is apparently a good trip out.
