Staff were wonderful and very helpful. The hotel was Very clean, very comfortable beds, & the Food was excellent. The Shopping Market is within walking distance. The massage is a must do and it was relaxing and very cost efficient. I Enjoyed my stay and I felt safe the entire time in Bali. I am planning on returning again very soon.

Fantastic Hotel in Central Ubud

Overall: Very good hotel and friendly staff. Front desk staff Wayan is very helpful. I was put in a room where previous occupants smoked on the balcony and still can smell it. I asked Wayan and he immediately moved me to another room. Staff: Very friendly, Spa was very relaxing. Vouchers are given on arrival for Spa, Laundry and Restaurant. Location: Very good location in Central Ubud. Only few minutes walk. I will recommend this hotel to anyone travelling solo, with friends or family.

It was an amazing experience. They really look after you and the cleanliness of the area is excellent. You won't even see fingerprints on the elevator walls. To those of you who work there, congratulations for your dedication! breakfast also really nice and even the staff is soo helpful. Thank you a lot

Definitely returning to Sens in Ubud

What an incredible experience! I bought my mum here for her 80th birthday and it was such a treat. Massive thank you to Ayu Eka and all the F&B staff for making her feel really special, they sang her happy birthday in the restaurant and bought her cake. We were also lucky enough to be here during Nyepi and we were treated to cultural experiences and all the conveniences that made that day very comfortable. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast, nice pool area, and everything you can ask for. We'll definitely return.
