Yosher y Samantha helped out so much very friendly and helpful i felt safe a taken care of the hotel is amazing and the zipline is just an added plus that was great for me and my whole family of all ages Gracias a Samantha por su buen actitud Thank you guys !

Amazing stay, i recommend!!

This resort was absolutely perfect. We wanted peace and comfort and we got just that. We rented the Ruby Suite with the wrap around balcony and absolutely loved it. The staff was exceptional and always friendly. We were upgraded and given a butler but we didn't use the service because we were just looking to keep it simple. The drinks were fantastic. Now lets mention the greats. The front desk staff was all smiles and very welcoming. The Rodeo restaurant was my favorite!!!! in fact we ate there 3 times. My servers were ANA and Juan Pablo. They were amazing but i have to say, Ana did her thing. She was informative and made great suggestions as well as gifted us a bottle of champagne on our last night to celebrate our Honeymoon with a bang. She also gave us a 5star show with the cheesecake dessert that she drizzled tequila over it. AMAZING!!!!

Staff was great and treated us great, resort was ok. Kids park was under construction, one of the main reasons we chose this location…. Huge disappointment . Hotel was a little run down, but it looked like some maintenance was happening during our stay.

Federico at the Italian restaurant is fantastic! Eric, Pedro and Marco at the pool bar know how to make a drink! Angel kept the party going during the day with fun activities at the pool. Very good experience. Only complaint is the kids pool was closed for maintenance and we weren’t advised until we arrived. Definitely put a damper on our kids experience and wish they would have told us in advance.

The staff was great. Frederico, Pedro, Eric, Angel (both of them), and Marco were all great! They made us feel at home and went out of their way to make sure our group was taken care of. Special thanks to Rafael and Humberto for taking great care of us.
