Safe, Fun, and Full of Smiles at the Kids’ Club

The kids’ club here is fantastic ,clean, safe, and full of fun activities. Lupita, Fatima Marines, and Daniela were all wonderful with our children, keeping them busy and happy the entire time. My little one loved it so much, they didn’t even want to leave! It’s the perfect place for kids to have fun while parents enjoy some time to relax. The resort is clean and cozy perfect for families,this is our third time at this resort.

The resort is fantastic, we had a wonderful time with family and friends. The ocean Our clean lady, Reina Chan had our room impecable and all the staff very helpful. Rafael and the special staff, offering us the activities for the day. Hever, Celia, Alina, Emma, Luis in the mornings at the Pergola, were attentive, helpful and very friendly. We are planning to come back with our kids next year!

Great resort minus check in/butler service

Without going into to much detail about the check in experience/butler service that I was supposed to receive with the $1k I spent to upgrade my experience…. this is an ongoing issue with the hotel management, however I still wanted to leave a review for the amazing staff. First of all, Domingo from the lobby bar was amazing. So inviting and just an amazing human being. Always made us feel welcome and greeted us with a smile. Eva from the buffet restaurant always greeted me with a smile even if I wasn’t in her section that day. Such a nice lady! Samantha and Yosher from the zip line and rock climbing. AMAZING!! These two made my nine year olds experience so amazing. They are so great with kids and their positive energy just radiates. For kids club it was hit and miss, I did drop my daughter off one afternoon and found her looking for me 20 mins later around the main pool. Pretty sure the sign in procedure is to ensure the kids don’t leave and should only leave when a PARENT comes to pick them up. Huge safety issue there. That being said, Samantha and Elise at kids club were always amazing and engaged with the kiddos (they were not working when my daughter was released on her own).
