A wonderfully relaxing holiday

This is a wonderful hotel. On arrival we were taken to our room on a buggy which was a nice touch as the driver pointed out where things were on the way. We stayed in a superior suite which was perfect as our teenage son had his own space as we had our own bedroom and balcony. I can recommend booking the Italian restaurant. Beautiful views and lovely food. The main restaurant was a little disappointing. We always found something to eat and it was cooked well but the selection was a bit limited. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lovely cleaner works so hard in that heat! The entertainment team are excellent and put on really good shows. Sunbeds were an issue if you wanted a parasol, even at 7am they were all gone. Having said that, sunbeds were always available and we found that after 4.00pm there was plenty of choice. We did have a cabana for a few days which was €50 but came with water, a huge fruit platter, super comfy beds and shade when you wanted to get out of the sun. Cheaper cabanas are also available. We walked to kos town a couple of times which takes about 30 minutes but the bus is super easy and cheap. Overall we had a perfectly relaxing and wonderful holiday and would certainly recommend it.

Not 5 Star! Poor food and hygiene

I don’t understand all these positive reviews - it was one of the reasons we chose this place, so allow me to give you some heads up - One of the most important things one looks for in a resort (especially all inclusive) is the food and beverage. We are in Greece yet this has to be the most mediocre selection I’ve seen. There is no passion here for the terroir or the produce. To call this a 5 star is far fetched. The lifeguards are busy guarding their iPhones more than the families they are supposed to look after. The other terrible thing is the lack of proactive service everything is an ask. Also be prepared for the towel sunbed race where people occupy sunbeds without being there (we didn’t want to participate as our holiday doesn’t really need extra stress - so ended up paying 25€ for a cabana). Let’s not even talk about the gym… The room is good and clean but way too little to counter the F&B and service. We spent our time exploring the beaches clubs of Kos because the resort makes you want to do. Stay elsewhere especially for the prices they ask.

Amazing week! Travelled as a couple stayed in room 103 which has a shared pool. Check in was simple. We were taken to our room on a buggy and while on route all the important places were pointed out ,very helpful. The room was perfect, spacious, cool and ideal position overlooking the sea and barely ten steps to the adult pool and bar. Private beach across the road watching the sunset was great Plenty of wardrobe space, safety deposit box, slippers, fridge all you need Room cleaned everyday by the loveliest lady. Towels changed daily, water left. The cleaners work so hard in such heat but always smiling We had breakfast in the Mediterranean restaurant another added perk that went with our room that we had. Great selection of food plus scrambled eggs or omelettes made to order if you wanted them. Staff again so friendly. Snack bar offers burgers, pizzas, hot dogs toasties and crepes just perfect during the day Shop has everything you need Adults pool was so peaceful and chilled. Plenty of sunbeds even in August! Great selection of drinks at the bar The evening buffet in the main restaurant was fine a good selection of soup, meats, pasta, salads desserts. We only ate a couple of times as liked to go out. Italian restaurant seemed very popular make sure you book when arrive as gets booked up The bar by reception we went to every night before going out and then again when we came back. Bill the barman is an asset to the hotel so friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Always smiling, chatting and looking after everyone. Getting taxis was difficult to Kos. Reception will book them just best to book an hour before you want to go but it is the height of the season otherwise the bus stop just out the back of the hotel is very easy 5 minute trip and last bus 22.50. Had the most relaxing enjoyable week at the Pelagos it has everything you could need. Staff are all so friendly. Facilities are great Honestly have no complaints and will be back again for sure! To anyone reading this review book! You won’t be disappointed. Top tip little taverna next to hotel - Great food lovely and traditional worth a visit

Iv never been greece before and this hotel has been absolutely beautiful. I would most definitely come back. From the room being so lovely, clean and big enough for 3 of us, to the food being absolutely amazing. Iv never gained weight on a holiday before but this one, I couldn’t get enough of the fabulous food and all the variety. All the staff have been brilliant, the entertainment team are fantastic, the bartenders and all the waitresses and waiters are always so polite and attentive to all our needs. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was 10/10 and what a view of the sunset to dine too. The private beach with the bar hut was also fabulous. I can’t rate this hotel enough, thanks for the best holiday , we really are sad to leave. We have felt like royalty. Thank you.
