Amazing place to visit but here is what to expect.

Hotel not marked clearly. On arrival we were unsure of what was included in our all inclusive package. Found out the day we left that we had ultimate. Only difference we were aware of, was that we could get a glass for our drinks instead of a tiny plastic cup. Rooms I can’t fully comment on. However, our room was very old looking cobwebs and unclean. Shower head wouldn’t stay in position and water sometimes went cold. Power sockets in our room were not in ideal places. When it rained, the all inclusive parts seemed to be shut down. Other than that, enjoyed our time here :)

HOLIDAY FROM HELL! (We are only on day one) We arrived late at midnight and were taken to the room, (a hike in the hills) the room was unironically a throwback to the 70s. When you walk into the room you’re hit with the smell of stale moldy air which we believe to be the carpet, then overpowered by the smell of bleach, which is odd as we found nothing to be cleaned in the room. Water tap full of stains has not been wiped, ants in the room, shower not having hot water, opened the curtains to the balcony which fell off the rail, to find out it was held on by a folded piece of paper. Dirty doors, walls, and bedsheets. Toilet seat falling off and tap with gap in the wall next to it. Dirty walls, mattress was really really stiff. At midday, the room was cleaned, however the only thing that was different was the maid had completed a simple oregami shape with the bed sheet. Dirt and dead ants still in the same place, water tap still as dirty and untouched. We went down to the reception to change the rooms, at first it seemed promising. I can only describe the transfer as a swap from a bin to a slightly damp box. Shower had slightly warm water, still an upgrade I suppose. Food… let’s put it this way, I think this will be the only time we’ve come to an all inclusive and will be leaving having lost weight. With the food there are limited options, also not enough seats for the nearly 900 rooms. It started to rain heavily and everyone got moved inside with their plates of food.. there are 30 tables in the restaurant... SO underprepared. Also the bar had closed down due to this. The bar in the lobby only serves coffee one type of white / red vinegar.. sorry I meant wine, and soft drinks. The only good thing about this place is the location/ beach, but they share this with the hotel next door called ‘seven seas’ which looks 50 times better. Dreading the rest of our stay here…

We are expected a 5 star hotel when we arrived first the hotel Upon arrival at the hotel, we were extremely disappointed to find that the property does not meet the standards advertised as a 5-star establishment. Specifically: The reception staff were unprofessional and dismissive when we raised concerns. The overall quality of the hotel is far below 5-star expectations, with an unpleasant odor throughout the premises. Our room lacks basic amenities: there is no proper lighting, no accessible plug sockets to charge devices, and Wi-Fi is only available at an additional cost. The bedsheets, which should be clean and white, are instead gray and appear dirty, raising serious hygiene concerns. This situation constitutes clear misrepresentation and misleading advertising, as the facilities and service provided do not align with what was promised at the time of booking. We request immediate action to resolve this matter, whether through relocation to a suitable room/hotel of the advertised standard, or appropriate compensation.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel .

Senza gardens is a 2 star village on the side of a hill .Poor roads/ paths , with cars and bikes everywhere .Steps are uneven with few handrails , not child friendly . Room was large with good air con , but tired , and a dirty carpet . No kettle . Reception staff were indifferent , not welcoming at all .We were told we would have to pay for wifi , real orange juice , and ice cream . 5 star , i don't think so . The only good thing about this resort was the waiters in the restaurant , especially Hakan who was excellent , very friendly and attentive . He even appeared in the bar later to ease the queue , which was always long .The only other serving staff i want to mention is Yagmur at the Aqapark , she has a lovely smile , friendly , and nothing was too much trouble . Lastly , the food , this was our third all inclusive holiday in Turkey , and this was by far the worst . Hygiene was poor , open tubs of butter and spreads outside with flies everywhere . I personally had food poisoning [ i had the fish , but my wife did not ] . Overall we were very disappointed with this resort , which makes us wonder how genuine the reviews were .
