This hotel definitely does not deserve a 5-star rating — at best, it qualifies for 3 stars. While the range of services might technically meet 5-star criteria, charging for WiFi and the safe in today’s world is simply absurd. NOTE: The observations are real, but to be honest someone gave this hotel 5*, and that person or Authorities should be a subject of claims and investigation as well as tourist offices that sales this offer like TUI. TUI hasn't checked the hotel nor its conditions and is still selling it for 2026. That's a fraud. The infrastructure is worn down and in some cases even unsafe. This especially applies to the shuttle bus to the beach, which had sharp, exposed elements and a heavily rusted frame. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority for the staff — the restaurant floor was consistently dirty, chairs were often stained, and occasionally even the plates were not properly cleaned. The garden area is neglected, beach towels are long overdue for replacement, and bathroom cleanliness deserves no more than a 2/5 rating. The main pool bar serves basic drinks. The bartender refused to make a mojito, especially a non-alcoholic version. The cocktails were overly sweet — the safest choices were light beer, white wine, or a gin and tonic. On a positive note, the bartender (super-nice and pretty girl) at the upper pool bar was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The food selection was diverse, and the pancakes, fries, and salads were very good. However, the meat dishes were disappointing — either too fatty or made from unappealing cuts of chicken.
