Great vacations

One of the best vacation ever. Thanks to Murat for great animation time! It was not the first time in Turkey and we will come back here!

Not a five star hotel

Not a five star. Rooms dusty. Pool slide only open for 2hrs a day. 24hrs snack bar serves soup only. Bar area smalls of sick. Food served almost cold. Breakfast do not offer toast or jams. Paper cups in room for hot drinks which you have to ring reception every day to replace. No five star service at all. Gym is tiny and that also smells. Spa you have to pay for. Along with wifi and safe. Rooms don’t get cleaned just beds made daily and floors swept.

I would give the resort 3 stars, as location is OK staff is just above the average, food was ok but boring as it was same every day, not much verity. Drinks were good. Never bothered for the daily entertainment so I can't say much. Never in my life I had to pay for the locker in my room. And pay for the WiFi. Cleaning lady was OK just the sweep 1 week we stayed there she never cleaned the balcony. Would I go there again hell no.

The lobby area of the hotel was great however this soon changed once through to the main hotel. Rooms not great, the air conditioning unit based over double bed so unable to operate at night due to cold air blasting out all night. The bathroom shower unit needs updating and requires draining system improved due to flooding after showering. The toilet seat was stained underneath and embedded. Don't put your towels to reserve sunbeds before 7am as the staff will take them away. Not told this on arrivals which i challenged. The pool was littered with debri from broken tiles so uncomfortable underfoot. The poolside tables were uncleaned and ashtrays left with fah ends in. Food was awful in main restaurant, always cold due to staff not ensuring the hotplate lids were closed after guest use. Not much comfort food for kids like pizza, beefburgers to eat unlike in the bistro bar. However the bistro bar service was shocking we were a family of six and our meals arrived at different times and missing some of what we ordered. No ice cream other than what's offered in the shop at a cost. Vanilla flavor not replenished so kids went without for three days.Staff very rude and miserable throughout the hotel apart from the chamber maids. Lobby floors were left with water strewn around lift area causing a number of slips including my mother in law. No warning signs put out. I would not go back even if it was offered free a complete waste of £4500. The brochures photography is not a trie refection of the reality of what you get when you arrive.
