Great family holiday

I was very sceptical about the reviews, but we have had a great time, we took our 14, 13 and 12 year old. The animation team are great, especially Antonio. Entertainment all day around the pool. Kids have really enjoyed themselves. Rooms cleaned every day. Overall great hotel.

Stayed here for 14 nights with partner and 3 kids. The hotel is a beautiful complex and very clean staff workers are very hard working all day and night and we found them very pleasant if you give them the time and be pleasant to them. The animation team are good during the day but we found the night shows were limited and played out. Our experience in the main food hall is very repetitive during the day and at night apart from a Friday when it is a turkey day food was good. The bistro (chicken world) is best place to eat in hotel. The beach isnt the cleanest it is a bit run down and could be doing with improvement in general. We found turkler in general still needs a lot of development but has potential. Prices here are the same as back home in UK so we found you don't really get value for money any longer in Turkey on top of paying for all inclusive. Ruzzgars steak house is the best place to eat and drink outside complex. Would like to say a special thanks to Alex at meal times he went the extra mile for us and was a lovely person. Over all we give hotel a 6/10.
