Official Description

This attractive hotel is separated from Palmanova's wide, sandy beach by just a pedestrian promenade. It is just 30 metres to the public transport system. For those who are fans of the fairway, they can find the nearest golf course only 6 km away. Restaurants, nightclubs and many shops are close by. The Airport is located 26 km from the property. The hotel offers the well-appointed rooms which come with a private bathroom and modern amenities. Nice hotel, great staff but let down by the stink in our room.

Lovely, friendly staff who do an amazing job at making sure you have everything you need. We were let down by the stench coming from the shower drain in our room. We reported it every day, sometimes twice a day, but no change until the 5th day of our week long holiday, only for it to be back worse than ever on the 6th day. We may go back to this hotel but we will book a ground floor room, hence only 3 stars.

My first time at this hotel and I was not disappointed from the moment we arrived and met the friendly reception staff who welcomed us all with a glass of prosecco, all staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is located in a fabulous area overlooking the Palmanova beach/bay(Calvia)....the pool, solarium and room on the 5th floor gave me a great view top notch....so looking forward to coming back 💪🏾🥂😜🍺💯

Food not a four star experience

I'm here at the moment, I love the place and staff the only thing that let's it down is the food. I'm on my 3rd night and it's the same on the grill chicken or fish don't get me wrong I love chicken and fish but for the last 3 nights it's not good no pork or steak or lamb. They have stew or curry but the grill is not good for a four star. The rooms ok and location excellent the staff very good aswell.
