The hotel is clean, safe, and very well managed. Great staff who want to welcome and help and always with a pleasant smile and attitude. The hotel is situated on the hillside with stunning views of the sea. There are approximately 65 rooms with sea view, most with balconies and differing room sizes and facilities. The pool area is a delight with ample sunbed and parasols available. There is a separate area down an external staircase that leads to a leaned area again with sunbeds, etc, but no pool. This is great if you want to indulge in some away from folk time. The hotel seems to have entered into arrangments with local attraction suppliers (par gliding, market trips), etc so if you are interested in such things it would be best to check with reception as hotel prices appeared to be heavily discounted. Things to be aware of; because of the isolated location, you will need to use taxi transport if you want to spend time or Dine away from the hotel. Taxi's are reasonably priced, but we did notice on a couple of occasions that on arriving at the destination, the fare on the meter suddenly added several tens of lires to the total. The music played around the pool can be a little loud and later in the afternoon, pumping, but that could be down to my personal taste. Provided breakfast is fine with lots of choice. They have a lunch and dinner offering available also. Food and drink prices are high, with average hotel costs being 40 to 50 higher than outside establishments. A 500cl beer is 260 lire as opposed to an indicative price of 140/150 elsewhere. Charged items to your room attract a service charge. As mentioned in other reviews, there are 15 additional rooms in a separate but close by block. These are again approached by a set of steps and a slightly overgrown path. We did hear several guests complaining about this during our stay. I am not aware if management was able to resolve the guests' issues. On the whole a very positive and enjoyable stay and experience.
