Great hotel, clean, calm, relaxing great location

Lovely stay at castilla, it is a quiet location but walking distance to beach 10 mins, beach is beautiful, restaurants, bars. Old town is about 20 min walk away. we spent most of our time in old town eating dinners. food there is much nicer than the beach front. We had breakfast at hotel castilla lots of selection cereals, eggs, english bacon(by the egg station) beans mushrooms tomatoes, hash browns boiled eggs poached eggs fried eggs and omelettes, cold meats and fruits. cakes, biscuits, juices, teas coffees. This is a really calm quiet hotel nice and chilled. Rooms are spotless, staff are so nice. Especially Yohania who works in the snack bar by the pool, she makes lovely pizzas 6 euro and club sandwiches with chips 9 euro she's so polite and helpful she is a credit to castilla always so happy and helpful. I would stay at castilla again me and my husband loved it here Thank you Yohania and staff at castilla see you again soon!

Another good stay at the Castilla

Yet another good stay at the Servigroup Castilla. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the reception staff were always helpful and welcoming. Jackie in Guest Services was terrific as usual, really helpful and made me feel very welcome and valued. The breakfast is excellent each morning and the buffet choice at dinner was good with a huge choice of food on offer each evening. Some evenings were maybe better than others I felt,but with such a generous choice of food on offer, there was always something nice to eat and I never went away from the restaurant hungry. The fish on the Show Cooking station was always really good. Alfonso and Brayan in the restaurant were friendly and helpful and chatty. The bar staff were super friendly too. Since my last time here the Servigroup are allowing groups to stay and that has changed the feel of the hotel, especially by the pool but at mealtimes and at night the Castilla was just the same. It's not a noisy hotel and is quite peaceful considering it's in lively Benidorm.

Cheltenham week

I stayed here for the Cheltenham Festival week and was not disappointed, perfect location not too far from nightlife and the beach, spotless had B&B and the breakfast was exactly like we Brits get at home, no complaints at all, The staff were supportive and the hotel was peaceful, was looking to book for 2026 but have found prices have increased by £200 plus so maybe not , didn't win that much.

First class service from Jackie and the team. Immaculate rooms, and very accessible with a scooter hire business directly across the street. I would have no hesitation in staying again at this beautiful nice quiet spot away from the main strip.

Great Honeymoon

Brilliant stay for our honeymoon. First visit but we will be back again. Lovely clean room we had twin beds but it was so warm it was nice to have space. Bathroom was lovely and clean and the balcony was great, it was lovely to sit out anytime of the day and a rack to dry swimsuits on etc. Pool was lovely not too big but always space to get in and plenty of sun beds, toilets were very clean. Bar is not too far and a nice choice of food which they bring out to your sun beds. We did have breakfast one morning and it was not the best but so much choice of eating places in the town it wasn’t an issue. Jackie was amazing and when she found out it was our honeymoon she gave us a free bottle to get from the bar this was a lovely addition which we had on the last day and really finished off our holiday. They were able to provide a courtesy room for us in the evening to shower and get change before our airport transfers as we had already checked out, we were able to use the pool and the storage for our suitcases with a temporary key card.
