Seven Stars Resort

My husband and I were on our romantic getaway at Seven Stars Resort and Spa. We had an amazing experience with impeccable service, friendliness and attention to detail staff. We were mesmerized with the beauty of the beach and ocean...truly paradise and we can't wait to visit again

The Seven Stars is a great resort! This was our second stay there. Both times we found it to be clean and comfortable. Excellent staff, they were always friendly and helpful! My only negative was, we were suppose to get a suite with an ocean view, however, there were palm trees blocking most of the view! We did have a corner of our balcony with a view, but not the full view we had expected. I definitely recommend this resort and we do plan on going back.

Seven Stars is a wonderful beach resort on the beautiful Grace Bay! Arrival - Each guest is greeted with a cold towel and punch (with or without rum). The friendly front desk staff offer a personalized tour of the resort while walking you to your room. In my room, I found a bottle of wine and gluten free snack (they pay attention to allergies). Breakfast Staff - Every staff member on Nelli’s breakfast team is friendly and the outdoor and indoor seating options are beautiful. The breakfast buffet includes lots of delicious options for everyone (including gluten free choices) as well as eggs and omelettes cooked to each guest’s preference. Beach Setup and Beach Staff - Seven Stars offers really comfortable cushioned beach loungers, which is a treat as most resorts do not have the cushions. Fresnel greets each guest with a friendly smile and sets up your beach loungers wherever you would like to sit with fresh towels. When you are ready for food or drink, Charles (on the adult pool deck) and Lila (on the beach) are there for you all day. Fresnel, Charles and Lila are really a dream team for great days on the beach! Plus, the ocean water is clear and calm most days which makes chilling and floating in the ocean so peaceful. Also, if you run out of sunscreen, no worries because Seven Stars even offers free sunscreen on the pool deck. The Deck and Seven - I love sitting at The Deck for an ocean view at night while listening to the singers (on Wed, Fri, Sat). Jay is a great server who also is at breakfast each morning too. Seven is a phenomenal restaurant for dinner! The entire staff at Seven is great. The managers are really nice as well and offer to accommodate allergies. I love the octopus dish, especially! The Rooms - I stayed in a Junior Suite Ocean Front. My favorite parts of the room are the balcony that has a table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful ocean view and also the separate soaking tub! The Grounds - The grounds crew does such a great job making every inch of the property look gorgeous! A highlight is admiring the beautiful landscaping and flowers each day. Massage - I absolutely love getting a massage with Maria in the cabana on the beach! Hearing the ocean waves and feeling the sun while getting a massage is Heavenly. Convenience Store - is convenient, affordable and friendly. It’s helpful to grab soda and juice (and anything else you need). As for water, each room has refillable bottles you can keep with filtered water. There are also plenty of water stations where you can fill up your water bottle. These thoughtful details really help Seven Stars stand out! Management - Bela does a great job managing a wonderful resort and it truly shows in all of the thoughtful details throughout your vacation! Bela is a wonderful GM and it's clear that the guests as well as the employees feel well taken care of by Bela. I highly recommend Seven Stars in Turks and Caicos! As someone who travels a lot, this resort remains my favorite for so many reasons!

Getting here: It's easy and safe to take a taxi from the airport, which costs $17.50 PP. You can just go to the taxi stand and let them know. You may be with other passengers as they do group drop offs at nearby hotels. Check-in was easy and personable and greet you with a welcome drink as well and are shown to your room. To our surprise our luggage was already there when we walked in the room. We booked an Ocean Front Jr suite room. It was conveniently located on the 1st floor near the Adut only pool. Love the location of the room bc it there was a direct path to the beach from the back patio. You can definitely catch the sunset even from the 1st floor. The room itself was beautiful and everything is well maintain and updated. The plus is they have refillable water bottles for you to keep! This is a nice touch as they have water stations located throughout the buildings. House keeping did an amazing job as our room looked pristine as it did when we first arrived everyday. Restaurants: There are three on-site, Seven, The Farm and On Deck. We did try all of them as each delicious in their own way. Seven is where you would get breakfast and the transformation for dinner here is amazing. They also offer breakfast at The Farm if you would rather do an ala carte style. The fourth restaurant is also the Terrace, which is right next door. The resort grounds are beautiful and the lounge chairs are padded and comfortable! For front row loungers get there around 8 to 830 am. We usually did the huts but just observed when it would get busy with people claiming loungers. Beach Attendants are very attentive with checking in on everyone's drinks. The service here can vary depending on the time of day. Breakfast at 8am is less crowded and no wait vs coming arounf 930 and it can be a bit busy and lines to start to be seated. Excursions: we did booked through the hotels concierge for a sunset cruise that provided transport to the marina. I would suggest seeing if the lady grace sunset cruise by the ritz next door is available as the dock is walking distance away. Again staff at concierge was super helpful and pleasant. Last but not least there's a grocery store across the street literally 5 minute walk and you can load up on groceries. There are restaurant nearby too within walking distance and sourviner shops as well. Definitely a great location. Hope to come back again! I wish I can give seven stars instead of a five stars for this rating!

The resort was stunning and our room was more than we expected. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Standouts were Pushpa in housekeeping who kept our room immaculate and was very flexible with our schedule. Renis in Seven was a delight every morning and helped us celebrate my birthday, which was the reason for our visit. Lastly, Ronel & Jeff at the bar. Great drinks and conversation and gave us good advise on where to have dinner. Our vacation is something that we will never forget!
