Room: The air conditioning was far too weak, so the room never really cooled down. The refrigerator didn’t work, which was especially frustrating as it was impossible to keep drinks cold. Additionally, the safe required an extra fee, which shouldn’t be the case in a hotel of this category. The windows were poorly insulated, so the noise from traffic outside could be heard all night. Food & Drinks: The selection of food was very limited, and much of it didn’t taste good. The drinks were of very poor quality, and the all-inclusive package ended at 10 PM – after that, you had to pay extra, which is not what you expect from an all-inclusive stay. Leisure Facilities: There was practically nothing for children, even though the hotel advertised a mini club – but it was closed. The billiard table was also unavailable. The sauna was only open for two hours a day and without any steam infusion, making it far from relaxing. The indoor pool was dark, and water was everywhere on the floor, which did not create a pleasant atmosphere. Staff & Service: The staff spoke very little English, which made communication difficult. In general, there was a lack of engagement and helpfulness. Conclusion: The hotel does not meet the expectations of an all-inclusive stay. Many services were restricted or unavailable. I would not recommend this hotel.
