Salih is the best! Good service, nice pool, nice entertainment, very nice people, good beach. Nice cocktails (especially when Salih makes them)

An absolute catfish hotel. If you’re paying for “ all inclusive “ just be prepared to pay for cocktails ice creams and for sun loungers on there private beach even though it clearly states on the website that the sun loungers are complimentary. All of the alcoholic drinks are watered down , tiny and tasteless. The food is absolutely disgusting with only 7 hot dishes to choose from making 3/7 chips , rice and pasta . Not too add anything that doesn’t get eaten at lunchtime is then put back out in the evenings. They state “ show cooking “ but it’s a man with a small outside grill cooking meat ( purely because it would be too Smokey for the kitchen ) The Majority of the staff are very ignorant and rude unless you’re spending money. The man on reception however is kind and very helpful . The rooms in the hotel even though there stylish and modern that’s about all that’s okay with them . The walls are paper thin so you hear everything , the mattress is so thin and hard to the point me and my partner woke up with back pains multiple times in the night. We stayed for 7 nights and 4/7 nights the AC wasn’t working properly after reporting to this reception every time we got “ it’s getting fixed “ which matter of fact it never did . The cleaners walk in your room whenever they choose and the maintenance man knocks and then opens the door straight away and was once on FaceTime to another person showed the A/C and then just walked out without saying anything to us . The shower is nice however floods the bathroom so if you want a shower longer than 5 minuets then good luck . The hotel also has 2 large breed dogs tied up outside 24 hours a day no matter what heat it is , the staff say there friendly however we beg to differ. When you arrive if you book with love holidays the next day you get a letter slid under your door that states a very important meeting is needed which we attended however it’s a love holiday rep trying to get you to book excursions with them . There is also reps that come round the pool to try and book excursions with you such as nightclubs and tattoos even after you’ve said no they still very much target you. There is no and I mean absolutely no entertainment other than background music on during the day and night . There is also no kids entertainment as the website also states . The only good thing about this place is the spa we had the gold package which was £60 each and was definitely worth it the ladies are lovely.
