Best trio ever in my life

We went to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and I think this is my best holiday. First of all in this 20 years after my honey moon this is the first time I am spending full 5 days without my daughter and any other family members only with my wife. Surprisingly no fights no quarrels no irritation and it’s all because of the way the people in Sheraton treated us. Mr Ankit who was the front desk manager received us with great positive note and there is a culture here that for every guest they assign a SPOC what they call as connector and Ankit volunteered to be our connector. What a person he is . Anything we ask he did exceeding our expectations. Hats off to him. Next is the food. We are vegetarians and me very particular about Indian that too South Indian. There is a restaurant called Masala Hit and Ms Lakshmi is the manager there. I would say there is a tough competition between Ankit and Lakshmi on how best to deal with their customers . Lakshmi was so great that she took Care of every meal of us and customised to our taste. Rajesh from Lakshmi’s team cooked what ever I asked in my style and served us. Hassan from Lakshmis team was one who was serving us every time. I would say it’s more than duty they were doing it so genuinely and I was noticing they were trying their best with every customer and they make it so personal. The property is so damn clean and any support we want it happens just like that. Secure clean and u name it it has. I have been to many countries and may places and I will surely rate this as my most memorable one because of the crew. Thanks every one and it’s only because of you all it turned out to be the most memorable one.

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights . We had a wonderful experience. From masalahut food and service also Hassan and Lakshmi and dillla service and Birendra also chef Rajesh very good. All staff is very sweet and helping. The services are very good and satisfactory.

We are family of 3. To have family-get together is not easy for us for awhile because my baby have special disability. Then when we finally get a chance, we choose Sheraton Maldives for our vacation. We never really travel so far, but when we did its actually amazing thanks to everyone who assist us. From the arrival, they helped us at the airport to the resort very smoothly. My baby is two years old, she really happy on our way to the resort riding on a boat for the first time. Can't stop giggling and smiling. Special mention to Aymane and the team from receptions for the great assist he provides for us. We really enjoyed our 6 days in the resort with amazing people surrounding us. The food, the service, the help they did for us is amazed us. We went to Baanthai (thai restaurant, they have 6 restaurant including thai restaurant how cool is that?) The ladies at baanthai was so helpful and charming. Special mention to Phalian (if it's correct) and Dilla. Such a wonderful ladies they are, always smiling and warm. Dilla is somehow intrigued us, because we always found her in other restaurants when she told us she's actually staff at Masala Hut indian restaurant. I wondering when is she sleep if she goes around helping all the restaurant, thought she follows us around (i don't mind) but she just very dedicated in her work. What a staff you got Sheraton, well done! There's a lot more to mention but i guess we're in the phase to forgot names. Fo far our holiday is amazing, top notch resort that we definitely will comeback again soon with more family joining. Please correct me if I'm wrong with the names, Ali (bar), Aymane and Mira (reception), Dilla (baanthai, buffet feast, masala hut and bar), Shazu (seasalt), Sintya (Chopsticks) and many more to remember when we come back again! Thank you again for the experiences, we will definitely coming back soon.
