You can literally see Hulhumale from the resort given the proximity, which is the best part as it is very close from the airport. Love the Thai restaurant.

The best experience ever Everything is perfect from location which is very convenient to reach by speed boat accompanied by the hotel representative upon arrival who was very pleasant and helpful to the warm reception during check in and onboarding by the one and only Aymano who was super professional and knows all the details about the hotel, excursions and all services. The food was another level at feast on the rich buffet bfast , international night also the chopsticks restaurant was so yummy. The cherry on the top is the very close place to our heart is Kukuni beach restaurant and the friendly team Amrit, So Jon, Toufik , … They made us feel family . Also the kids club team Eno and the gentleman who was with her (forgot his name) The overwater villa was a unique experience. The trip was worth every penny paid and definitely will go there next time and highly recommend the hotel Thank you Sheraton team for such an amazing experience for me and my family

Utter Incompetence and Zero Customer Care: A "5-Star" Illusion

I booked a family stay at the Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa to celebrate a milestone anniversary and a birthday. We specifically chose this supposedly luxury resort expecting premium service for our first visit. Instead, we have experienced a masterclass in profound negligence and abysmal customer care before we have even packed our bags. The utter lack of basic communication is staggering. On July 21st, I emailed the property to arrange essential transport and make pre-arrival inquiries. I received total silence. By July 24th, I had to chase them via their official Instagram. While their social media team confirmed my email went to the correct address and promised that management would reply, it was just empty words. The deafening silence continued. I sent another follow-up email on July 27th, which was—unsurprisingly—completely ignored. Desperate to find a single person in this organization capable of basic customer service, I escalated my complaint directly to the main Sheraton corporate page. I was met with the exact same inexcusable lack of response. It is absolutely shocking that a brand marketing itself as a 5-star luxury destination treats its guests with such blatant disrespect. The staggering incompetence across both the local resort and the broader Sheraton network is completely unacceptable. Instead of building excitement for a major family celebration, this hotel's sheer negligence has caused us unprecedented anxiety and stress. If a resort is this careless, disorganized, and dismissive of their guests before arrival, I shudder to think how they operate on the island. If you value your peace of mind and expect actual 5-star service, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Worst vacantion november 2025

The worst experience i ever had during 9 nights. The hotel is old, the personal is lazy, the prices are very hight like from the sky. The atmosphere is not like in picture. All the meal are taken place once at the restaurant if you want to ho outside and after you decide to return back maybe to take a cup of water or a piece of fruit... the waiters do not alow you... Its forbidden. My husband paied 800 euro for a dinner on the beach...and we ate just fried chicken during 3 hours. The waiter was spoking at the phone during 2 hours. I can describe more bad thinks...for sure never return back.....

Our days at this beautiful resort have been filled with so many memories and stories. A big thank you to Nais for always being so prepared and quick to answer all our questions. Staying in the overwater villa felt like heaven on earth. The breathtaking view is something no one should miss. And we can’t forget the amazing meals at all the F&B outlets, the complimentary photoshoot, daily wellness classes, and so much more. Everything was outstanding! We highly recommend Sheraton Maldives to anyone visiting the Maldives. We hope to be back again soon! Version 2: Short + Social Loving every moment at this beautiful resort 💙 Shoutout to Nais for always being so helpful and ready with answers. The overwater villa was pure heaven with views you just can’t miss. From the delicious food, free photoshoot, to daily wellness classes everything was outstanding! Highly recommend Sheraton Maldives.
