The Sheraton Miami Airport is getting better and better. A hotel doesn't have to be new, it has to look new. It is a very well-kept, clean and very well-managed hotel. The location is excellent, with free shuttles every 15 minutes to and from the international airport and a 5-minute walk to the metro, train and bus stations. The room is comfortable, very bright and with an excellent bed. The bathroom has a strong shower with good amenities. The hotel has a very well-equipped 24h fitness center and an outdoor pool with warm water. The breakfast and the service in the club lounge are much better, with excellent quality and very good service, the result of the excellent work of Mrs. Claudia Busaniche and her team. I had to make some changes and was very well attended by Mr. Clifford Clegg, director of accommodations, who was always available. The staff is to be congratulated, they are all very attentive, helpful and friendly. A park with a professional Soccer stadium is being built behind the hotel, which will host the 2026 World Cup, as well as a shopping mall and attractions. The development is peaceful, quiet, and when completed it will be a spectacular attraction. Excellent cost-benefit, I recommend it.

Pleasant Surprise for a Park Stay and Fly Package

Stayed the night before our flight for a park, stay, and fly. For the price, the Sheraton checks all the boxes and then exceeds it. The front desk personnel and concierge were very polite and helpful. The hallways are large and well lite. The room was larger than expected and well maintained. We ate and had a few drinks at the bar. Diony and Eva took care of us. The drinks were very good and our food was delicious. IF I had to say anything negative, it would be parking and directions. Parked on the third floor and had to sheep our bags down one flight of stairs, the a bit of a walk to the Mez level to the elevator. But seriously, it is a small price for what we paid for one night and a week worth of parking. HIGHLY Recommended!!

Probably the place to stay in MIA

This is probably the most convenient hotel near the airport. It’s located right by the entrance, across the street from the tri-rail station and the car rental center. The shuttle is very convenient but the pick up was way past the timing published by the hotel. Lobby is quite ample but during rush hour it feels cramped. With only three elevators, be ready to wait a bit. Room was quite spacious with all you expect from the Sheraton brand. Pillows were a bit flimsy. Internet service was free and quite stable. My room was overlooking the new Inter stadium and I can imagine that during the day the construction could be noisy. I was there on a Sunday, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall a good experience.

Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel

We stayed here for one night pre-cruise. Check in went smoothly. We were updated to a two floor suite and they wrote two numbers on our room card holder. We could use either door to enter our room. Room decor was a hot mess of 80s + 90s furnishings none of which were matching and there was a tacky spiral staircase connecting both levels. Our first floor was a half bath, kitchenette area and a living room and the second floor was a full bath and bedroom. We had lounge access which was nice for snacks. Breakfast in the lounge is exactly the same as the restaurant minus the omelets in the restaurant. There was a big rain storm while we were staying and rain was coming in through the top of the window. It ran down the wall and the carpet was soggy. Upon further inspection we could see where it's been repaired/caulked a few times to try to fix it, but clearly wasn't repaired correctly. Someone from house keeping came and looked at it when we called and all they could do was offer us more towels to help soak up the water that was coming in.
