A special thanks to Christina, the Kids Club chef our kids absolutely loved her and didn’t want to let her go. She was amazing with them. The animation team delivered excellent shows with great music, keeping both kids and adults entertained. A special mention to Sude from the animation team, who was very kind, fun, and made our kids feel so comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and our kids enjoyed every moment. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so memorable! ❤️❤️

So good, they were kind and respectful ! So pretty and helping, even though my mom had a bit of difficulties to talk Turkish they helped us anyways so good!! It was so clean and hygienic, especially inside the hotel room and dining space, everywhere was cleaned and looked nice

My wife and I spent 10 days at the hotel. We had a wonderful time. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were perfect, with lots of choice. Very nice landscaped grounds and cleanliness. Room cleaning was fine. The minibar was replenished every day (beer, soft drinks, water). Many thanks to the entertainment team, David, Ali, and Natali,🥰❤️ for organizing the daytime and evening sports and entertainment programs. Thank you to the hotel management for the surprise they prepared in my room for my birthday. I recommend this hotel to everyone. We will be back again next year.❤️❤️

Our first time in Turkey and in short, we would definitely return and book at Sherwood! We came in December, and the weather was perfect (18-20 degrees). Slightly chilly in the evening but nothing compared to the UK winter, just need a light jacket! The hotel is gorgeous - definitely looks 5 stars. The interior is extremely modern, the lights outside were beautiful and added to the luxury atmosphere. The rooms are clean and stocked with everything you need - from shower gels and shampoo, even toothbrush and toothpaste, and sliders and shoe polish! Never been in hotel that would consider and provide all these things. We went for the jacuzzi suite and the tub was fun to use at the end of the night! Definitely worth the extra cost. Next time I’d go for the swim up suite! The rooms are well worth the quality, modern in design and amazing views from the balcony for us. It’s conveniently located close to the airport (20-25 minute drive) and around a 20 minute drive from Land of Legends if you wish to go there. The food is buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I came across an issue with cats coming too close to me in the dining rooms (I have an allergy to cats). I was aware of cats in Turkey but not the fact they would be around in the dining rooms. I didn’t really eat much my first night due to this and rushed my food. Me and my husband went and asked if we could be seated elsewhere so I can eat comfortably without worrying of my allergies, and the next morning, it was organised for us to eat at the la carte restaurants for dinner, and seated upstairs for breakfast and lunch. We mainly had a waiter who would take our food up for us and wait for us to finish (only on one instance we went up alone but that didn’t bother us). Big shout out to Humza for his hospitality in sorting this for us - all the staff seemed to be aware that I would eat upstairs with my husband and I faced no issue with being stopped or having someone take us up if we asked. Also would like to mention the guest relation team for sorting out the la carte dinners and making sure the right teams were aware of my allergies and needs! This treatment really left a positive outlook of my holiday otherwise, I wouldn’t have been able to eat comfortably. Definitely a heads up for anyone who has allergies to cats - it’s easy to avoid them outside and keep your distance but more difficult when dining in hotels. I recommend Sherwood for its quick service in accommodating this without any issue!! In regards to the food - the buffet food was quite standard to what you would find in other buffet restaurants. We were able to enjoy the food because it was halal, and the meats/chicken were quite nice. I would get slightly bored of it if we stayed longer than 3 nights - would recommend trying the la carte cuisines for some of your nights here just to get something different in your meals! The buffet would repeat itself, but there was different options most days. I wouldn’t say the buffet is 5* quality - if you are picky with your food and want finer dining for most your meals, then I would branch out for food and consider the la carte restaurants! There wasn’t many options in the local area, so access to a car would be needed. For the price we paid for this holiday, the buffet food didn’t bother us and met the affordable price of our holiday booking anyways, therefore we weren’t fussed and enjoyed it. There was lots to do in the area - we decided not to travel out and enjoy the local area. Across the road were plenty of markets and shops. Had everything you could think of! We wish we had the space to buy some clothes - loads of good options. Ofc you do need to bargain a bit with the shop keepers - I noticed they would say 10 euros one day and 15 the next day. The hotel also had shops downstairs you could have a look at - limited but good options. The hotel has lots to do in its resort - we had indoor heated swimming pool, which is a big reason we booked this resort because we wanted to enjoy swimming in the winter. We also enjoyed the hot tub after. We thought it would be too busy for us indoors but it wasn’t. The outdoor pools seemed open but was definitely too cold for us to have a swim! There was sun loungers everywhere and they don’t allow you to reserve them which you find others do at hotels, great to ensure everyone gets a fair chance to enjoy sunbathing. Because we went in December though, it was mainly empty outside so we could sit and enjoy the loungers whenever we wanted. There was also a games room inside the hotel, with arcade games and bowling which we did, all very reasonably priced. The hotels have a beautiful garden area, perfect for the prettiest photos, and ends with a private beach and sun loungers. There was also entertainment - you could play darts outside, enjoy table tennis, bingo nights and other acts. However we didn’t watch any evening entertainment as it’s not our thing, so I can’t comment on it too much - I would say it seems fun as I can see the energy from others whilst walking around during the night and the other reviews seems to enjoy it too! Everything was very conveniently located to enjoy a nice holiday and get amazing photos. Overall we had a fantastic stay. We would definitely come back to stay at Sherwood. The hospitality and services are great, and all within a great price range if you book during off peak seasons. If you are thinking of going Turkey during December, you can get a hit or miss with the weather! We thankfully got days of sunshine. Thank you to all the staff who made our trip wonderful!
