5 Star food, staff, location

This is our second time staying at Side Star Elegance. After our trio last year, we did not think anywhere else could compare. You want for nothing at this hotel. Towels provided, excellent cleaning service daily, top shelf drinks, amazing good, especially for all inclusive which can fall short at other hotels. We would come back again and again. Even when we had a small accident last year which led to a mirror breaking in our room, the staff did not hit us with a huge bill as we were worried about, they gave us an even better room and promised making sure we were okay. Cannot recommend highly enough!

WONDERFUL YET AGAIN

Just got back from yet another brilliant time at the Side Star Elegance, we have now been four times and on this occasion we took our in laws with us on my recommendation. My brother in law stated it was the best hotel he had ever stayed in from the rooms, food, drinks etc. The staff are just wonderful and helpful nothing is to much trouble. We met people of all nationalities and had a great time so much so that we are looking to book again in the near future. My only gripe is that the chinese al a carte is not a good as it used to be have you changed the chef. Many others we spoke to said the same.

If I tried to sum up all the positives about my holiday at this hotel, I would still be writing tomorrow🤣…I would sum it up as probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in over 40 years of holidaying and practically faultless in every way. Hotel is beautiful, including the rooms. All staff I encountered could not do enough for guests and are a credit to the Sidestar brand. No complaints re food and you could eat 24 hours a day if you wanted. (we tried the Turkish and Chinese à la carte, a great experience and food and service was 5 star). Side town centre is a 25 minute walk along a beautiful promenade, or €10 in a taxi. If you have mobility problems, then I would suggest the hotel might not be suitable due to many flights of stairs as you move around the hotel. I booked the hotel via EasyJet and can say 100% that it was it was absolutely fantastic value for money
