Hello, Reservation #5989696. 5989697 Accommodation: Double Room + Double Bed, Single Bed – 2 rooms. The hotel does not match the description at all. Totally unsanitary. 1. Rooms were changed until 3:00 a.m., no towels, no bed linens. The bed linen in the single room was not changed. 2. The beach bar is closed! 3. The hammam and salt room are not functioning! 4. No beach towels!5. Breakfast! The tables are dirty, the cutlery isn't washed, and the dishes aren't cleared. The quality of the food is also questionable: the tomatoes are rotten. 6. The gendarmes on the beach won't let you take out the sun loungers from under the shelter because the beach area hasn't been designated.!

Hotel in Side - Side win & spa: Hotel was terrible, smelly, moldy, filthy, dangerous ( for example wet floors, stairs, no lift works, poor lights) No gym ( which is in your advert and that´s way I choose this hotel), no free wifi. Everything was bad... * Restaurant : poor offer, everyday the same food with the same taste. I was scared to even eat something there not to check something... No delicious cakes offer like in every hotel around. In the breakfest time just one kind of cerealies... * Reception: woman doesn´t speak english and no change to keep the key card when you go to the beach * Lobby & Pool bar: they offer just vodka or gin - all the time run out. They basically just offer ,, Cola" or ,,Sprite" = hot variant becouse they never put them to the fridge... * Beach bar: again dirty, just beer offer. It should be open till 5 but the re is noone at 4 already... On the beach they just offer beer... * Employees: most of the no english skill, no greeting guess at all, they look like you ANNOYED them if you pleased them for something... * The Beach: again no cleaning , tons of sand on the public showers all the time, changong cabine smells like someone uses as a toilet all the time... * My room: first room strongly smells from the mold ( picture in the file). Another room the same. The thirt room was finally really good thanks to Mr.Manager who gave me this room ... Cleaners came twice ( I was there 10 days ...) So I was really dissapointed of the hotel and everything around. My worst travel experince ever You shouldn´t offer this hotel to anyone. I didnt feel like a guest there at all... The hotel is NOT 4* but It´s a simply hostel..
