Looks Nice in Photos, but not so much in Reality

Don’t be fooled by the pictures, they show model rooms, not what you actually get. The rooms are old, dirty, and smell like mold. The carpet was gross, and I had to clean the kitchen and bathroom myself before using them. I’m giving two stars only because the pool, bar, arcade, and movie room were great, and the staff was friendly. But honestly, you can get all that at a cleaner resort for the same price. Also, skip the timeshare presentation. They said it would be 90 minutes, but we were stuck there for over two hours, getting passed around from one salesperson to another even after we said we weren’t buying anything. It really put a damper on the trip. Save yourself the stress and don’t sign up.
