DO NOT GO TO THE SPA IN THIS HOTEL!!! Unfortunately my sister got scammed here. First they made her come back twice and kept changing their availability. Then, they made her pay before they even began the service (supposed to be a pedicure with gel polish). The setup was ridiculous, she was sitting on a massage chair in a small curtained corner. The lady doing her nails was reusing old tools and had her hair draping all over the tools and her feet - crazy unsanitary! After having the cuticles pushed and trimmed on 2 toes my sister decided everything was too unprofessional and ridiculous and wanted to leave. She had already paid in full (400 pesos), but wanted a portion of her money back as only a tiny fraction of the service was provided. She was willing to leave 200 pesos and wanted the other half back. The manager/supervisor lady refused and argued extensively that the service was perfectly safe and fine (it was NOT). Overall, a horrible experience. This place is NOT legit and not worth it at ALL. Please don’t get scammed here!

Fantastic apartments

I had a great time in my spacious well equipped apartment with kitchen and huge bed excellent quiet and a short walk to the BEST beach at Playa walk down 38th Street and you are there ! Manager onsite was also friendly and always hard at work thankyou for a very good stay will recommend !

A modest serviced apartment

My partner and I loved the proximity of this hotel to Quinta Avenida with its many cafes, restaurants and bars and to the beach. We liked the 5 minute leisurely stroll to the beach and we also liked how parking was easy on the street adjacent to the hotel. We used the apartment as a base for many day trips to Tulum, the Cenotes and Chichen Itza and found it quiet and clean every time we got back. I would recommend this for anyone travelling as a couple who tends to go out for the day and enjoys being out and about. We enjoyed the simplicity of the hotel, the service was personalised and they were much more attentive to our needs than a 5 star hotel.
