Sirius Deluxe Hotel

Hotel is amazing and staff is super friendly and provided great service. We didn’t need to leave the hotel as they had plenty of entertainment such as pier parties, karaoke, live shows as well as other fun activities. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Hotel very nice food is really good and nice cocktails. Erdem from entertainment team makes you feel welcome and is really good. The pier party was fantastic. I will be visiting back to this hotel in August. Rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel was spotlessly clean.

Good hotel. Travelled with disabled relative who was given a room with good facilities to accomodate them. Food and entertainment was decent and would go again. All round experience was positive but a few wrinkles that could be sorted out easily.

Good place to stay in alanya , staff very friendly and dedicated to their job , amusement amazing with plenty activities around the pool , food great, bed very comfortable and pillow can be better than that but was not an issue. Thank u we definitely coming back

DO NOT BOOK! The service here is appalling. I don't even know ow where to start. No information anywhere on the facilities or services available. We booked private cabanas on 3 occasions and they caused us problems every time. The first time we got to the kacuzzi cabana that was £100 a day and couldn't use it as they said it was broken, no apology or goodwill. Second time we had to get maintenance out because the jacuzzi was just leaking and wouldn't fill up. We booked one without the jacuzzi the 3rd time, only to find someone was in it and wouldn't leave. They were given service by the staff without Checking that they had even booked it and we stood around in the baking sun until after 12pm whilst staff argued the toss. Eventually got in and they had taken our towels, staff didn't replace even after requesting twice! Food is poor, we ate out most days despite having paid for all inclusive. Drinks are watered down beyond recognition. There were 3 days we had been out and come back hungry, to find there was no food anywhere, for an all inclusive there should never be times when you cannot eat. I am pregnant and this impacted me several times, feeling hungry and unable to eat. Staff don't understand you, even with Google translate. The noise at night it horrendous and goes on until 3am some nights. Air con in room doesn't cool. Bathroom has cracked tiles and a door frame slip from water ingress as there's no sealant at the bottom. The guest services manager is incompetent and unorganised, there's never an apology when they mess things up, which is often. There are not enough staff, so you wait ages for a drink and they frequently.get your drink orders wrong. O was given alcoholic cocktails a number of.times when I had asked.for non alcoholic, due to being pregnant. Bars are situated in main hotel so you have to go on a trek to get a drink when put sunbathing or around the pool. There is no tea/coffee in the rooms, so you have to wake up, get dressed and go down to the bar for coffee. This takes you 20 mins on average, if you are lucky, because they often have broken coffee machines so you wait 20 mins and leave empty handed. The entertainment is hit and miss, they don't seem to understand the audience they're catering for. For example, they threw a "party on the pier" basically techno and hard style music, and noone really went because its mostly young families or older couples here. I'd recommend you stay in this area. It's a great area. But stay somewhere else. We hear there are some great ones nearby, spoke to a couple who were staying at the selene hotel very nearby and they lived it and said their service was impeccable. I'd ask for a refund if I could be bothered with the language barrier and rudeness.of the guest servi es manager!!
