Best hotel in turkey

This is that best hotel I've ever been to in turkey! The cleanliness is outstanding it's always sparkle clean! The location is nice just a 20 min ride on the bus or 10 mins in a taxi. It's right next to the little bit where you get the boat trips, you can see the boats from the beach at the hotel. The rooms are super modern and luxurious, spacious and comfortable beds with lovely Aircon and didn't hear a single noise from any other rooms other than people walking down the hallway but that's just standard not a complaint at all. Atmosphere is amazing the staff are super friendly. The cafe is amazing lots of nice cakes and coffee is really nice and the server Mehmet was fantastic always made the best coffee and tested to see if it was right every time I ordered an iced frappe. And the selection and quality of food was crazy. Spoilt for choice! I've been here twice now and would 100% come again. Also forget to mention the cute dogs they were so cute and friendly!

My experience at this hotel was extremely poor. Staff repeatedly approached guests to push paid services, including photographers and spa sellers, and ignored firm refusals. I also experienced inappropriate comments and behaviour from staff, which the hotel denied without any meaningful investigation. The hotel’s excursion rep, Adem, misrepresented excursions and pressured us into buying. He claimed “everything is included,” which was false. The leaflet he used did not match the actual experience. The diving trip was overcrowded, unsafe and nothing like advertised. The Alanya tour included unannounced shopping stops, unexpected costs and a downgraded lunch. Multiple elements sold by Adem did not match what was delivered. When I raised concerns, the hotel and the operator dismissed everything, relied on weak internal checks and provided no real accountability. Based on my experience, I do not recommend booking this hotel or dealing with Adem for excursions. Travellers should be extremely cautious. Avoid at all costs. Also avoid buying from love holidays as they have been useless in investigating this.

Good experience ❤️

We had a very good experience, although it was end of the season. We booked a room with land view, but we got a sea view room 😁 The hotel and our room was clean and specious. We liked the bed and the pillows. The room had air-conditioner. The food and drinks where good. It had an outside and an inside pool and private beach. Beach bar was also good. Workers where friendly and helpful. They have a hotel dog and cats are running around. We really enjoyed our stay. Fift time in Turkey and recommend this hotel. Thank you Mary hotel team 😊
