I initially booked 4 nights at this property and, up to that point, the communication had been quick and efficient, with replies within a few hours. However, when I requested a change of dates for my stay and later an extension of the payment deadline, the situation changed. These requests were made due to the situation caused by the war in the Middle East, which affected my travel plans. The property agreed to both requests, but they did not inform me that they were unable to change the payment deadline on the platform when they accepted the request. In my opinion, this was handled in a non-ethical and disrespectful way, as the reservation was later cancelled. After the cancellation, I tried to contact the property through Booking several times, but I did not receive any further responses. In addition, they neither offered a refund nor suggested reactivating the reservation or changing the dates. Instead, they simply kept the payment and remained silent. It is also important to mention that this was the only accommodation that refused to offer a refund and handled the situation in this way, which made the experience particularly disappointing.

Everything is thoughtfully designed and incredibly elegant. We stayed in a beachfront villa, which was absolutely luxurious and beautiful. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable with excellent sound insulation, making it perfect for restful sleep. The living room with a sea view, the kitchen, and the cinema lounge were all designed with great attention to detail and created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The sea is clean and clear, perfect for swimming, especially before noon, as the tide goes out later in the day. The location is also very convenient, with many shops, massage salons, and restaurants nearby. A special thank you to the staff — they are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always smiling, ready to help with anything. You can truly feel genuine hospitality here. For me, this hotel is simply perfection. Thank you again to the entire team for such a wonderful experience

A 5* experience. Friendly staff, great room. I honestly believe this may have been the most comfiest bed I've ever slept in. The restaurant nearby is very nice but a touch dear. Perfect for a short stay.

This is a beautiful hotel, and I highly recommend staying here. The room was very spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with its own private pool . The overall design of the property is stunning and very well done. The food deserves special mention. The restaurant quality was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend including breakfast it was excellent. I also had lunch at the hotel, and both the food and drinks were exceptional in terms of quality, presentation, and taste. The hotel is beachfront, with direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach. While there isn’t one large shared pool, each room has its own private pool, which I personally loved. The beach is very private, not crowded at all, and the water was super clean. The restaurant itself is not directly oceanfront, but it’s still a beautiful space with great ambiance and outstanding food. The location is about a 20-minute drive to Fisherman’s Village. The hotel does not have a spa, but they provide in-room Massage services at reasonable cost. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay peaceful, luxurious, and high quality in every aspect. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great price for a superb all in all experience

Amazing hotel, great staff, and in general a superb hotel. We booked a room with pool, shower is amazing with great water pressure, towels smell great, food is good with great breakfast and best value for money hotel in Samui (after 3 other hotels)! Hotel design is so clean an stylish, as a couple we even spent 1 whole day in the hotel and ordered food and drinks, drinks were 150 B and in general prices are great. We'll be back next time for sure! Pavel Vainshtein.
