Remote Charm with Room for Improvement

Our recent stay at this hotel offered a mix of positive and challenging experiences. Located a bit off the beaten path, expect a €40 taxi fare from the ferry area. Checking in was a breeze, with friendly and efficient staff who also offered helpful tips on local attractions. The property itself is lovely, boasting multiple small pools, a main pool bar, and a convenient location just minutes from a small store and a five-minute walk to a quiet, undeveloped black sand beach. However, its distance from Fira means additional €25-€30 taxi fares each way. While our room was pleasant, the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent outside the lobby, and even there it was spotty. Both TVs in our room were out of service, and unfortunately, there was no maintenance available to address the issue at night. While we don't travel to watch TV, it's a nice amenity to have at the end of the day, and reliable Wi-Fi is truly an expectation in this day and age. The included breakfast was quite basic. If your primary goal in Santorini is to be closer to the main attractions, you might want to consider other options.

Nice but isolated

Hi , just returned from a 3 day stay and here is my honest review. Staff were amazing all friendly and can't do enough for you especially eveyone at reception and reception manager was very accommodating when we arrived early . Hotel itself is small but lovely very quiet and relaxing with nice pool area and bar , plenty of sunbeds when we was there . Few negatives it is very quiet , bar is dead at night with zero entertainment. Food menu was very very limited but what we had was nice and fresh but did have about 6 things on menu. Room was ok very big spacious was actually too big and furniture looked out of place. TV had no working channels which is fine as we wasn't there to watch but should have something on there . Internet in rooms are none existent you get something near window some times , around pool and bar was ok but no chance of getting it in your room. There is a mini shop about 5 mins walk and has everything you could want so pay a visit. Please pay a visit to Mario's fish tavern it's 15 mins walk and it was amazing so good we went twice in 3 days we was there . Food was unreal fresh fish but also great grilled meat the mixed grill for 2 was unreal and very reasonably priced. Overall nice was out of the way and middle of no where it is on the edge of the airport but we knew this when booking. We probably wouldn't book there again due to Internet and room but don't let it put you off as it is a lovely hotel .

Horrible sewer smell

We we went with a big tour group and there was a horrible sewer smell in lots of rooms. When we brought it to the attention of the staff they didn't address it. It was only after repeated complaints that they compensated us with a bottle of wine. The pool was very pretty but needs updates and repairs. Everything was dated. The location was very remote. I do not recommend this hotel.

It has 65 comfortable and spacious rooms, with a choice of different room types and a diversity of décor: boho-style details, traditional Cycladic architecture with an elegant contemporary twist and baroque-style furnishings inspired by the island's mansions. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, flat screen TV with international channels, safe, iron, hair dryer, and minibar. The rooms have a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden, the pool or the sea, as well as small pools located around the rooms. Just steps from the rooms are our peaceful garden and swimming pool with a swim-up bar that provides our guests with a relaxing good time under the Greek sun. The island's black beach is only 250 meters away. Our pool bar and restaurant offer an extensive choice of wines and food, drinks, cocktails, BBQ and snacks. They serve brunch, lunch and dinner.
