A lovely hotel.

We are now regular visitors to our second home at the Sol Benoa. The team of staff are like our second family. Too many to mention. We feel so cared for! Nothing is too much for any staff member, by now nearly all of the team know our names. The hotel has great older charm. It is not huge but that is part of it's charm. We always stay all inclusive. Food is always available,great quality and choice. The breakfast selection is phenomenal. Always great service and choices at the bars. The Amarta resteraunt is lovely and offers delicious quality menus. For my wife and I personally it is hard to fault after our fourth stay. A good mix of nationalities stay, always someone to strike an interesting conversation with. Always activities during the day and shows or live music on an event. A very relaxing holiday is what you will here!

I had the all-inclusive package and it was great. The staff were friendly and the food and drink were amazing. While kids club was not open all the time it was enough to give mum and dad a break and the children did some fantastic craft every afternoon. The rooms were clean and spacious. The resort offered free daily activities to their guest. These were great however it would have been better if yoga was offered daily not just once a week. Along with dinner and shows at least every second day.

1st time in Bali....2x adults. Very nice clean hotel....room was very spacious. Staff friendly. Beach lovely and clean, plenty of sun loungers... Food ok, could of had more choice and a little warmer...no cheeses or cold meats etc.. Entertainment was basic, si gers and dancers etc.. Trips we took were amazing, organised from people at side of beach.... And our very own guide for the day Think his name was Yayon(sorry if that's wrong) His card he gave me had on it The dogs boll@£@s.....he was brilliant and would highly recommend..... We had a great holiday and would definitely return...

Once again the Sol Melia gave us an unforgettable time. It was so nice to see a lot of the staff were still there and it was so nice to be recognised by so many. We were given the same room as requested and it was just as we remembered. The staff yet again went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as good on our 3rd visit as it was on our first. A special mention goes out to Mendrin , Natalia, Sutarsa and Diasa. They truly did your hotel proud. Food as always was amazing and there was plenty of variety. Hotel was clean and tidy and it was also good to see the hotel busy and alive We will be returning next year without doubt Once again SOL… thank you for making our stay so special. Tony & Maz

Great hotel staff are so friendly helpful and happy .We went for my birthday & anniversary we had cake they decorated our room everything was just lovely.We had a pool view which was great.Food is so nice , never had a bad meal ,would definitely recommend romantic meal on beach five courses and brilliant price .We had full body message in hotel which was fantastic again such a good price.Beach nice pool needs a little up date.Drinks plenty of choice. Staff made great cocktails. No complaints room clean . We really had an amazing time and staff made our holiday. Mandarin in pool bar was great remember all our drinks.Also staff in lobby bar brilliant.
