Nice hotel but won’t stay again

Staff were friendly and accommodating when we asked to change rooms. Rooms and bathrooms were big and clean however they have a Very relaxed cleaning regime and sometimes we had to ask for our room to be done late afternoon. (OMG that sounds so entitled but hey toilet paper in Bali is a MUST) Breakfast included was adequate but I’m all about a great breakfast so didnt eat there much. Prices for room service and restaurant food are a bit steep and if you want a beer at the pool or restaurant expect to pay almost $7.00 and a can of coke will set you back $5.40 People save loungers before 6am and staff do not enforce the 30 minute rule they have posted. This is a family hotel. The little people enjoyed the pools but overall if you want a quiet, relaxed time you arent going to get it here. ** Go to money changer for cheaper beers and water ** One way street also means a short walk to the car of Jl Katina if you want a cab

Basic rooms with limited hanging space and drawers and which means you live out of a case. Not the cleanest of rooms. Smart tv provides an alternative from going out if you want a chilled night. Toiletries provided Breakfast can be quite repetitive. Restaurant food was lovely and staff were very accommodating and helpful. Close to beach, restaurants and bars but out of the way so not too busy.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Kuta Beach Club. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The staff were always helpful and welcoming, making our family stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and luxuriously comfortable — ideal for families looking to relax. The pool and pool bar were amazing and became our favorite spot to unwind after a day out exploring. A special mention to Mr. Jill for his outstanding hospitality and support throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxed, family-friendly hotel in the heart of Kuta!
