Great hotel

Just had a week here with my family! Can’t fault the hotel at all!! All the staff were really. Amazing especially mikes the bartender! The rooms were spotless and the food plentiful , I read a few bad reviews before we came but so glad we gave it a go!! Will defo come back xx

Great experience great atmosphere would recommend

We recently stayed at the Sol Cosmopolitan Rhodes by Melia 11/05/26 - 18/05/26 and honestly had such an amazing holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were brilliant. We weren’t happy with the view from our original room, but after speaking to reception they changed us to another room with absolutely no issues and it was all sorted within 15 minutes. Fantastic customer service straight away. The entertainment team absolutely MADE our holiday. Leslie is incredible at his job — so funny, entertaining and always full of energy. Marta, Joana and Alice were also all 10/10 and worked so hard every single day to make sure everyone was having a great time. We went on the coach trip to DC Club one night and they constantly checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were okay, having fun and got back on the coach safely at the end of the evening. We honestly can’t thank them enough for making our holiday so special. A massive shoutout as well to the bar staff, especially George and his lookalike Yoann! Such lovely men and we had so many laughs with them throughout our stay. And lastly, our cleaner Luote deserves so much recognition. She was absolutely amazing and such a sweet woman. Every single morning she greeted us with a smile, always stopped to chat and checked in with us daily to make sure we were happy with the room. She genuinely became one of the highlights of our holiday — pure sunshine in human form. The hotel itself was always very clean, the food and drink options were great, and the entertainment every night was different and so much fun. We also thought it was excellent value for money. One thing we really liked was the pool setup. There are 3 pools plus a pirate ship pool for kids. One of the pools is quieter, which was perfect if you wanted a break from the daytime music, aqua fit and activities going on around the main pool, so there really is something for everyone. The location is also really good. The beach is directly opposite the hotel, and getting around was easy. There’s a taxi rank right outside and it only cost us around €10 to get into Rhodes Old Town or the other direction into Ixia for up to 4 people. Wherever you go there are taxi ranks everywhere to get you back for the same price, which we found much cheaper and easier than expected. Also supermarkets right outside the hotel everything you need! The hotel also provides pool/beach towels for a €10 deposit, you can change them twice a week, and you get your deposit back at the end of your stay which was really handy. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes!

It is the second time for us at this hotel, and once again we experienced the same amazing hospitality. The food is always fresh, with a wide variety of choices for everyone. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are incredibly kind and always ready to help with a smile. We had a wonderful time again and we will definitely come back 🇬🇷😍

Brilliant hotel and even better staff and entertainment

Absolutely amazing hotel, the food was really good and unlike normal all inclusives the food varies every day. The rooms are kept very clean and all the staff are friendly. The entertainment team are brilliant and especially one entertainer, Leslie, was really funny, he had us laughing everyday and got everyone involved having fun around the pool 10/10.
