AVOID AT ALL COSTS — Cockroaches, Broken Room, Rude Staff, and Treated Like Second-Class Citizens

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Our original room was infested with cockroaches — crawling across the floor, on the walls, even near our luggage. Absolutely disgusting. We complained immediately, and it took three separate requests before they finally moved us. Not once did we receive an apology or any real urgency from the staff. The man at the front desk was shockingly rude and dismissive. When we brought up the fact that amenities in the room were broken upon arrival, he straight up blamed my boyfriend, as if we had caused the damage. The attitude was unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright hostile. To make things worse, because we didn’t choose the all-inclusive package, we were treated like second-class guests for our entire stay. No one explained that for just €20 a day, we could have had access to lunch — we found that out by accident. Even basic things like having water with our meals were restricted. We were only allowed water, and even that felt like a privilege they resented giving us. None of this was clearly communicated at booking. We weren’t asking for luxury — just cleanliness, decency, and honesty. We got none of those things. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. This hotel is a disgrace — dirty, mismanaged, and deeply disrespectful to guests who aren’t throwing money at their all-inclusive upsell.

The hotel in its self is ok it need a good lick of paint especially the pool area in the pool it need re doing the floor in the pool is all peeling off and staff didn’t clean the pool area much was very slippy and dirty the hallways to the rooms need new carpets most were taped down with black masking tape the rooms were ok a little dated beds comfortable and clean bedding every other day with clean towels we had a very beautiful view of the sea but was next to the strip it’s loud but soon as you shut the doors it keep the noise to a minimum staff are lovely entertainment team lovely and the food is the best part they catered for everyone proper English sausage every morning evening meals had lots to choose from I’d give the food 5 stars The air cone doesn’t work at all even asked them to check it and it still didn’t work We had 10 days here I don’t think I would return but i did enjoy my holiday Maybe if ur a little younger this would be the perfect place to stay as ur next to all the young bars and clubs it’s only a short distance to the older end of entertainment if ur wanting a beach day go to vista beach it’s only 4 euros in a taxi stunning beach

Don’t bother, lot of money for nothing

Stayed here from Friday-Tuesday Aircon not working and I’m pregnant, requested maintenance to fix it, waited for 5 hours then asked reception again to be told maintenance had already come, stated I’ve been waited for hours and no one turnt up to be then told I was a liar.. Then they said maintenance had left and I needed to come back in the morning. Did as I was told to then be told ‘all the rooms have an issue with Aircon’!!!! Why on earth would you state in your hotel description there is Aircon working then Bed Sheets were never cleaned during our stay, again asked them to be change, but kept telling us they already had been… I could smell my perfume on them still Dirty pool Rude staff Yes was loud but we expected that with the location that didn’t bother us But a lot of money for nothing in return

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I stayed here with my boyfriend for a week in September. The air conditioning was not working, room was loud, only one socket to plug in anything, the toilet was wobbly and leaking, hairdryer wasn’t working. Overall the pictures on the website did not live up to standards we expected and did not see any bad reviews before booking. Room 475

Just back from spending 6 nights there. Hotel main areas are clean and tidy. Whole hotel needs a big update. There is NO efficient AC even in bedrooms. . We reported this, was told an engineer would be up, but no improvement. We were out so not even sure they attended. Reported same issue following 2 days, nothing . Sent them an email, no response. On 4th report I asked for a fan they said they are only supplied by an outside company and cost €20 to hire. They staff know the AC doesn't work but still can't offer fsns?? Pleased to see no sun bed wars, plenty of loungers available all day. Many areas to use them if you don't want to be in lines at the pool edge, but still close to the pool. Only 1 bar open and that was outside,( glad the weather was good.) Caused very long queues as only 2 people serving most of the time. Location good. Everything on doorstep. it is beachfront but that beach is rocks and stones. It is only a short walk to a amall sandy area though. Until the hotel has a major upgrade and new AC , I would not recommend this hotel in the hotter months.
