Broken mug charge of 162k IDR

The hotel is good. However balcony floor design doesn't suit with selected coffee table. I have broken a coffee cup while sliding coffee table. I dropped one leg of coffe table in water canal in floor and coffee mug dropped down. So the hotel is charging almost 1/2 night stay bill as loss of a mug. This is not nice business approach. So I don't know if you have broken something by bad ergonomic design or non suitable furniture. You would have been charged as double of your stay. This is so annoying. I do not recommend this place as point of business ethics!!!

Intan and Devita are so incredibly lovely. So much fun, amazing hospitality and so very kind and accommodating. These lovely woman have equally made my trip so memorable.
