SOMEWHERE Hotel Apartment Dubai

It was one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. It had a really terrible breakfast. I don't recommend it at all. Even though it was a 5-star hotel, it didn't have the same service as a 2-star hotel.

Location is great as 2 minutes to metro station and also, having shopping mall close by in 5 mins walk. Room size has been decent and clean. Staying in apartment hotel is convenient for longer stay as having washing machine and basic utility. However, drainage was bad… washroom basin was leaking and needed to call and kind of repaired as not dripping so badly. Clotting at bathtub, really slow in draining water. The only thing that I think they have to train their reception well. I checked in at 18:00 hours and their excuse to me that I couldn’t check in the room because the room they wanted to arrange for me having late check out. Checking in 4 hours after their official check in time and I informed about my arrival in later afternoon, they made up excuses that I have to wait and when I questioned about getting my room, their staff asked what was my problem. They put their problem as mine and when I requested to talk to their duty manager, their duty manager refused to attended to me. I think in terms of services, it is like 1/10. Overall, I think the location of the hotel is good. Very close to the airport too which you could have option of taking metro that is only 2 stations away. I know Dubai is very popular with tourists, being a hotel, basic services standard is still required. I know I didn’t choose a fancy hotel, but still.. it is a hotel.

I just visited this establishment in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behavior is also excellent, and I would love to visit again. Sathik,Priyanka,and Tahir, thank you all so much

Very happy with the trip..awesome weather and Safety of the Day for me and my family in the last few days to be well and enjoying the holidays. The crew members were very keen on the whole day's work in the last few days, and we will be available for the next holidays along with our family.

Please do not go to that very bad place , the room is good , furniture is very old , Service is horrible , Bad cleaning , room smell is very bad , no good action from front office at all this cannot be hotel 4 stars at all the photo below show how they left the room after cleaning , I cannot imagine that at all
