Good location and friendly staff- not five star

The hotel is advertised as five-star, but unfortunately, it falls short of that standard. While the location is excellent and the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the overall experience left much to be desired. There was no hot water during my stay, and I found some hair in the sink. Additionally, the tap in the sink was loose, which gave the impression of poor maintenance. The food and bar were not open, which was disappointing as these are typically expected amenities in a five-star establishment. That said, the hotel was quite affordable, so it’s hard to complain too much. However, the property feels a bit rundown and does not live up to the expectations of a luxury rating. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option in a great location and can overlook some shortcomings, it might work for you. But if you’re expecting true five-star quality, this isn’t it.

The perfect hotel in Playa Del Carmen

I came to Playa de Carmen to finish my dental work. I have to say I made an excellent choice and picking this hotel so beach luxury boutique hotel is now my absolute favorite!! The food is amazing. The staff is amazing. I was injured at work and had to came into Mexico on crutches because I had an appointment!! I Was absolutely treated like a princess I will sure be back. Just like a block and a half away all the shops and the restaurants are like less than a block away. Everything is right here. Please check out the pictures I posted And please don’t hesitate to come here you’ll love it!!!
