Great comfortable stay near Ubud

Absolutely excellent staff! Beds comfortable. King room a good size. In room tea kettle for insta coffee and tea. Small fridge. Decent balcony. Wish we had a suite with a view - we were at the end closest to the street - no real street noise at night, but pool noise during the day. And no view to the river, just the pool. Grateful for the shuttle to Ubud, which runs every 2 hours - make sure you check the schedule and make a reservation with the front desk. Likewise to the return trip. Sometimes the traffic was so bad it took an HOUR to get into Ubud or back to the hotel; other times it was only 30 minutes. Plenty of bottled water in the room. We didn't use the pools but they look decent. GREAT breakfast buffet - don't think it's complimentary (we got with Bonvoy), so ask. No real restaurants within easy walking distance (except the hotel's), but you can use GRAB app or they can arrange a car for you. Just like hotel will arrange car for airport or cruise terminal pickup/dropoff. Liked the rooftop bar location for a drink.

Fabulous stay with excellent staff who assisted us all the way. Staff Tya assisted us every morning during our breakfast. Great activities in the morning from guided morning walk to yoga, photoshoot and cycling. Great atmosphere and facilities as well.
