So where to start. A wonderful holiday with great facilities. We had booked a pavilion by the pool (cabana) (no. 5) for the whole 10 days and it was money very well spent. No wandering around looking for sunbeds and a fan and fridge with a safe as well for valuables when off swimming. You also get a free pavilion day for every 3 you book. Our waiter Alim who looked after us for all 10 days was absolutely fantastic. After day 1 he knew what we liked and wanted and made sure we were served and looked after all day. What a fantastic member of staff he is. Rooms are spacious, a bit worn and in need of updating, but air con works well and beds nice and comfy. Buffet was huge with loads of choice including a vegan section. I liked the WhatsApp service for questions - always answered fairly quickly plus we could order to the pavilion through this as well. The main public areas are very clean and the staff are helpful. Not very many English families at all - it’s a very Turkish resort and I would say 90% of the people on holiday were Turkish so not a lot of English spoken. The grandkids loved the kids lollipop club and used it all holiday to pop in and out of for activities. They issue a red or green lanyard - red means the child cannot leave without being signed out and the green lanyard is for the older kids to come and go as they please. The evening entertainment wasn’t for us most nights - lots of Turkish flag waving and national anthems and red smoke then Turkish singers so we gave the entertainment a miss. We also went to Belek city centre a few times for shopping (some great quality fakes available)! The music is very loud during the day as at the bottom of the pool near the flumes they have lots of activities going on so if you have little kids and need to be near the kids pool I would say it’s way too loud to sit by all day, but where we were in pavilion 5 by the hotel, lunch buffet etc the music was manageable. All that being said, we had a lovely holiday and the grandkids had great fun. For us, Alim made our whole holiday and we are so grateful to him for being so fabulous.

The reception warm welcoming was more than nice , respectable and rapid They took the luggage and prepare for check in at 2pm Although the hotels look little bit old which need some renovations with some room service delay on check in as I asked for repairing my bed (broken) with some missed room fasciitis, unfortunately room manager responce was very slow but the main resort managers responces were great , rapid and very respectful and change my room with upgraded room with see view It was great experience with very nice comfortable place with very great variable fasciitis and entertainments including swimming pools, aqua park beach , activities , concerts and fantastic spa, exclusive spa and massage It was memorable resort vibes with highly educated family gathering The restaurants are multiples with acceptable service because of crowdiness Meals and foods types were variable, delicious and tasteful especially outdoor swimming pools restaurants The exclusive spa , gym and massage was amazing I highly recommend such resort for families with acceptable affordable prices
